This cozy apartment is located on the outskirts of town. The newly renovated apartment has a large living/dining area, a new kitchen, a double and a single room. An additional sleeping option is located in the living area. Two double rooms and 2 bathrooms are available for 4 or more guests. Terraces and barbecue can be used free of charge. Cycling and hiking trails start in front of the house. A swimming lake is 3 km away. The property is equipped with a smart TV, Wi-Fi and parking.

This apartment with its own entrance, large garden and terrace is a natural recreational oasis with a natural design, warming light, which results from the clay plaster and large windows. Willkommen in unserem schönen und frisch renovierten Ferienhaus in der Gemeinde Uplengen. Dieses ländlich gelegene Haus mit Garten lädt Sie ein, sich wohl zu fühlen und zu entspannen. Der offene Wohn-, Ess- und Küchenbereich ist großzügig, hell und gemütlich eingerichtet. Die moderne Küche ist voll ausgestattet. Über zwei Etagen haben bis zu 10 Personen mit vier Schlafzimmern und zwei Bädern genügend Platz. Unser Haus ist keine Partylokation, wir bitten um Verständnis.

Gut Winkel, arrive and feel good

Our apartment was completed in 2019 and is located on the 1st floor on Gut Winkel, the oldest surviving farm in the municipality of Apen. Very high quality and lovingly furnished, it can accommodate up to 4 people on 120 square meters. If the 25 sqm roof terrace is not enough for you, the use of the garden is of course allowed. As well as exploring the entire farm. We live here together with our dogs, horses and cats and look forward to seeing you soon!

Überall in dem Garten und auf dem Hof finden sich schattige Plätze für die Großen zum Verweilen und verwucherte Geheimecken und Spielmöglichkeiten für die Kinder. Ein Schwenkgrill mit Feuerschale lädt zu abendlichen Lagerfeuern auf der gemeinschaftlichen Grillterasse ein.

On the shore of our natural pond is our cozy wooden house. It is reminiscent of a vacation in Sweden… to top off this flair, you can relax in the in-house sauna and forget the stress of everyday life. We live together with two dogs in a secluded location on the edge of a small forest. Ideal for cycling enthusiasts. From here you can start great tours through the Ammerland! We look forward to welcoming you as guests!

Beautiful, newly furnished accommodation with kitchen-living room, 2 bedrooms and large bathroom in a quiet cul-de-sac location. A son temporarily uses a room on the floor. The terrace, the huge garden and the garden house (by appointment) can be used. The existing chickens and quails provide us with fresh eggs every day. The center of Wiesmoor and the Ottermeer with beach are nearby.
