Fitness-friendly holiday rentals in Umbria

We stayed here for 7 nights,the accommodation is comfortable, we are a family of 4 people,very clean, helpful and polite staff. The very convenient location for various excursions allows you to reach the best areas to visit in Umbria during the day and given the heat, the pool offers a great moment of relaxation at the end of the day(pool service is available all day). We will definitely suggest this recidivism to those who would like to explore this region.

Andrea was sweet and responsive as our team member for the property. Accommodating, great recommendations and just generally helpful. Place felt like a wine cellar in the best way. Large bottle of Prosecco to kick things off!!!!!

Definitely one of our favorite stays ! We enjoyed every minute of our stay, the loft is nice designed and well equipt, we felt like at the home during our stay. The location is in a quite neighborhood next to a monestery with a beautiful view over Perugia and just 15 min of a nice walk to the city center. Andrea was a really great host, always available, accommodating, thank you very much Andrea! We will really miss our morning walks to the city center! Ps. A private garage space comes with the loft, the entrance to the garage is quite narrow, we made it with a BMW 1, but a bigger car could be a problem :)

Irene was a very nice host and took care of us really well. She even baked us a home made apple cake as a welcome gift! We originally booked 3 nights but because we had a 8m old baby with us, the hot Italian summer temperature became a slightly an issue for us as it was difficult for our daughter to settle into her daily sleep routine. Irene was kind and understanding of our situation. We were able to work out a plan to shorten our booking and she offered to find us alternative stay as well given her other rooms are already booked. From one parent to another, we are really appreciative of her understanding and willingness to work with guests due to unforeseen circumstances that are outside of everyone’s control.

Very nice, quiet, safe and clean location, it offers a fitness area and the possibility of admiring the surrounding nature and breathing clean air, not far from the center and easily accessible by private or public transport. Welcoming, polite and helpful staff, I was able to see a great relationship between photos and description of the amenities from the website and the structure itself. I'll definitely be back, I had a great time, if you're looking for a place to lean on, it's the right one.

Such a beautiful quiet apartment in the perfect spot of town as well. The host has thought of everything so the kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, nothing was lacking. One of our favorite Airbnb experiences! We hope to return. Grazie mille!!!

The apartment is wonderful and with everything. It is in a quiet area that allows you to reach both Perugia and Assisi by car in a few minutes. Truly perfect!

We loved staying in this Apartment. The location is perfect. Beautiful views. Excellent for a relaxed holiday, where you can chill out and enjoy Perugia. The kitchen is great, you can cook and eat in every night if you want. The living room is fantastic with a great selection of music and books. Christina was a perfect host.

We loved our stay at Angela’s accomodation! The setting was amazing, the apartment was perfect and Angela was very helpful. The view from the pool over Spoleto was also fantastic.

My boyfriend and I stayed four days in the Bella Casa Toscana apartment and had a great time. The accommodation, very well furnished, was clean, tidy and equipped with all amenities described. Then, as for its location, it is ideal if you want to explore the Val d 'Orcia, as well as some areas of Umbria. Anthony, the owner, was extremely hospitable and helpful to us, he made us feel at home. I highly recommend trying Bella Casa Toscana!

Claudio and Adriana were impeccable hosts. Their availability and courtesy made the stay more than pleasant, making us feel at home, A very positive note, it goes to the pool for our exclusive use only. What you see in the photographs and what you find 100%. If you want to recharge your batteries and be in Umbria, it's the center. Thank you again for everything Claudio and Adriana, also for the carbonara and liquor tastings. We will tell you about how the Pici will come out at the crow here in Brescia here in Brescia.

Giangiacomo’s place was even better than expected. Comfortable, cosy, clean and in the middle of old Perugia. Also, he was super friendly and helpful, and gave us great restaurant tips.

We spent our summer vacation here with a total of 10 people and couldn't believe our luck in finding this great accommodation. The location is fantastic, very quiet, and the view is breathtaking. We spent many hours daily in the huge pool, often late into the night, and the beds were super comfortable. Absolutely recommendable! Communication with Dante was great from the beginning, and every concern was addressed. Maybe we will come back again someday. Thank you, Dante!

really superlative host. His welcome was impeccable, with an introduction to the house and the area. He gave great sincere advice on places to eat and places to visit. The house was as pictured, comfortable and spacious both in the rooms and especially in the common areas. The many amenities available helped us spend a wonderful holiday in the name of friendship and relaxation.

Based on the previous wonderful reviews of Antiqua degli D’ulivi, a year ago we booked a three week stay in the outskirts of Cortona in Pergo. We had our kids, grandkids and dear friends with us and as we drove through the gates into the Villa, we entered a magical place filled with generosity, laughter, relaxation, wonderful food, a refreshing pool and golden light. Massi was always there to help us with any questions we had and refill our olive oil bottle with the amazing green liquid made from his olives. We enjoyed the most delicious lunch with his family and they also were such giving, lovely people. We learned so much about Italy and Tuscany from them: porcini mushrooms, Perugia soccer teams, local markets, hot springs near Montepulciano, nearby restaurants, vineyards, hikes and more. We highly recommend an extended stay at this Tuscan home—we were so fortunate to experience it for three glorious weeks. The memories will be long lasting and always treasured. Mille Grazie to Massi

Such a lovely villa. Beautifully arranged with perfect amount of space for our group of 8. The villa has everything you need. The pool was lovely and warm even without being heated. Margherita, the local host, was amazing - so helpful. Would definitely come back.

Our hosts were very nice and responsive. the place was great to accomodate our group of 14 people, with a large kitchen to cook and eat together, facilities to play and spend time together. Great location to access all sight seeing activities.

We had wonderful week at Monika's and Pino's property. The houses, garden and pool are unbelievably beautiful and superbly maintained, it is truly a green oasis in the middle of the lovely village. Both Pino and Monika were very welcoming and supernice hosts. They showed us around the area and were just lovely to be around. The villages around San Lorenzo di Nuovo were also well worth the visit, displaying some of the remarkable etruskan buildings and heritage. We can highly recommend staying here, you will enjoy every minute of it. Thank you, Monika and Pino, for such a lovely holiday.

The village of Caprile was a pleasant discovery for us: intimate and quiet surrounded by nature but still just a few minutes by car from the main amenities. We were both able to take nice walks and be able to explore the area with ease. Michele's home has its own character and enjoys the influence of different cultures. Everything is taken care of from the inside to the outside. The terrace also has a barbecue station and you can take advantage of Michele's green thumb to enrich the dishes with its aromatic herbs. The hot tub offers great relaxation. Michele was a great guest.

The House has been spacious and recently renovated, it is clean and it looks good. The property is on the first floor because there is a barn underneath (so no other property as I first thought) You have the entire property and the property to yourself. The garden is large and there is a lot to do for children. The swimming pool is definitely large enough to cool down or take a job. In the morning and evening Letizia and her mother come to feed the animals. They are super sweet people who are there for you immediately. So there are other people on the premises at those times. All in all, highly recommended. All with kids!
