What an amazing and unique place to stay! Somehow when we reserved this, we did not have in our imagination that we would be staying in a beautiful piece of history that has been incorporated into modern life wonderfully. A fantastic surprise to look out the window at the campanile so close, or step into the next room into a roman cave beautifully appointed. And Anna Rita is gracious & warm. We knew without a doubt that if we needed anything she would want to help. I highly recommend this location for you to discover & experience Assisi!

The house overlooks a beautiful valley, overlooking the ruins and walls of Amelia. The swallows flash by the window...a wonderful view. The apartment is super clean and tastefully furnished. Marco was very kind and available to give us information about everything we could use. In Amelia we were treated very well and felt " pampered ". We also had a lot of useful information from the Municipality on how to make the most of our stay , including directions to the most beautiful sites to visit , both at a naturalistic and cultural level

We absolutely loved it and would definitely want to return there - a very special place, lovely people - a real holiday!

Even if only for one night we had a good time, Andrea was very responsive in recommending places to visit to eat and was very precise in the description of the house

Sergio’s place is really done to a high standard. The views are beautiful and in a great location to explore Umbria. Sergio is very warm and I would definitely recommend this place to stay.

A cozy apartment in the center of Vignanello. There is free parking in front of the house. The apartment is in the basement, steep stairs, no elevator. Since the house was built in 1725, the interior is very beautiful: there is a niche for water, a fireplace, thick walls, narrow passages, arches. Good renovation, lots of decorative items: violin, candles, guitar. There is a capsule coffee machine. Polite, responsive hosts were always in touch, quickly answered questions. The apartment is a little noisy in the morning, as there is a roadway directly above it. Corso Garibaldi, 75 is a great place to get to know the Lazio region.

The hosts of Casa Lieta were very responsive and proactive. His wife checked us in, who was very kind at that time and also during subsequent communications. They helped us by giving us directions and they also provided us with breakfast biscuits. The only flaw of the stay was some of the linen that perhaps needed to be rechecked after washing. That said, a great experience, I would go back and recommend it to everyone!

I really enjoyed my 2 night stay here, the breakfast is delicious, and the host Renata is very friendly and helpful and gave us good recommendations. The room was very clean too. I recommend to use the pool and the free bike rentals at this property which we unfortunately couldn't due to running out of time (visited so many cities/places around this area and always came back late at night) which I regret now. Tip: on Google Maps, the address will take you to the correct street but the airbnb home is on your left side and not the right side as Google Maps says (after you turn left into the alley of the final destination pin). Drive down a bit further and there should be a gate on your left side to enter the parking area.

We were very well received by Ilaria and her mother. The explanations were perfect and complete. Accommodation was as described, large, clean, quiet and well-equipped. The surrounding area is gorgeous. thanks for everything.

We loved our stay at Tiziana's Airbnb and would have been great to stay an additional day. The home is well equipped and the host is very kind. The center of montefalco is quite close and the views from the terrace are lovely.

Franco is very welcoming, the apartment is a beautiful renovation equipped with every comfort. Highly recommended! Luca and Noélie

Wow! What an incredible property. We loved our time staying at ‘the tower’. It is a beautiful setting among the olives and vines on a hilltop. The surrounding area is beautiful and it’s an easy walk to local vineyards and restaurants. Only one caveat: the WiFi is very weak and not suitable for video calls.

Fabrizio and Tiziana's house is very nice. A bit classic, which I like a lot. The terrace was our favourite space. In the morning and evening. There will be a lot to do. Trevi Spello Fonti di Clotunno. The Norcia Marble Basin Thank you

We had a wonderful vacation in Anna`s beautiful place. The house was beautiful, clean and homely. Garden was beautiful and private and swimmingpoolarea was excellent. We enjoyed the peaceful environment so much. The view from the hill was amazing. We made several trips to different beautiful toscanian villages and visited also prehistorical museum in Cetona and archeological park in Belverde. In Piazze there is a supermarket Coop, bakery, wine shop and wonderful restaurant. In the restaurant the food was excellent and owners (husband is italian and wife is from Belgium) are very friendly. We had nice talks with them. Anna was so nice, helpful and warm person. We recommend warmly this place for everyone!

We had a really good time, immersed in an oasis of peace. Sara was super kind and affable, with her wonderful daughter they treated us very well, giving us advice on how to get around to visit Assisi and the villages we had planned. His accommodation is comfortable, new and very clean. An experience to be repeated

Let me start by saying this is not a 5 star hotel and that's a good thing. We were looking for a more authentic experience in Tuscany and this place fit the bill. It's an incredible spacious Villa that's well decorated and comfortable. The grounds are beautiful and the views capture the Tuscan countryside. The property is very quite yet just a short drive to the quaint town of Cetona. Shops, restaurants, grocery store pretty much everything you need. My son and I even found an Italian barber and got haircuts. If you're looking for a country stay this place is perfect. Hosts are nice and responsive.

We enjoyed visiting this beautiful town and Alessandro was very helpful. His aunt Emma was so considerate and left us enough kitchen things to make the stay very comfortable. She was welcoming and a wonderful guide to Spello. And we loved the Infiorata!

The apartment is right in the centre of town. It doesn’t matter whether you turn left or right out of the building - you’ll be deep into the historic centre and surrounded by bars and restaurants!! The terrace is an absolute joy - awesome views of the surrounds and a great sunshine trap. Perfect for coffee in the morning as you catchup on emails, and even better in the evening with a glass of wine to watch the sunset.

Together with my family, I just had a fantastic stay in Marco and Barbara's apartment. They were exceptional hosts, very welcoming and always available to give us advice on places to visit. The apartment has a breathtaking view of the lake, truly a corner of paradise. In addition, the location is perfect for those who want to visit the Marmore Waterfall, which is just a few minutes away. The house is impeccable: very clean, well maintained and equipped with everything you need for a relaxing holiday. The space is perfect for those seeking tranquility, but also for those who want to explore the surroundings. I highly recommend this apartment!

very nice location... reachable in terms of the tourist towns Assisi, Perugia,Spello, Gubbio,Orvieto. we highly recommend it for those who want to spend a weekend in absolute tranquility not to mention the pool at your complete disposal. highly recommend for those who want to have a wonderful weekend Thank you again we will consider in case we want to come back.

Is wonderful location out of the busy centre. Be prepared to walk up a lot of hills and stairs to explore the city after you get off the elevators or take a taxi up and walk down!

Rita was very welcoming! We do not speak Italian and Rita speaks very little English but she was so welcoming and the place was wonderful! She made sure we felt at home! Peaceful place to sleep and the view was wonderful! She also gave us a welcome basket with her olive oil from her farm! The price of the Airbnb is very reasonable, but she does charge a small fee if you use the ac/heater. We came at a perfect time of year and didn’t have to use it!
