The house is 90 sqm divided into two floors. On the first floor, there is a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, hall, bathroom with shower, laundry room with washer and dryer, and a bedroom with two adjustable single beds. On the upper floor, there is a large living room with a lovely ceiling height that is open up to the ridge, a large sofa group, a desk, a dining table and three single beds. In the living room, there is plenty of room for the four extra beds that are best suited for children. On the second floor, there is a bedroom and a wardrobe.

Have breakfast in the morning sun on the deck just outside the kitchen, or have a cozy night in front of the tiled stove. Ground floor kitchen, bathroom, living room and hallway. Living room equipped with 120 cm bed and sofa bed. Upstairs two bedrooms with 3 beds in total. In our house you can relax and take it easy. Two kilometers to the nearest swimming lake, several are available nearby. ICA Gällstad 3 km away. Ulricehamn 15 km.

Ulricehamn is truly a mecca for sports lovers. Our villa is centrally located with close proximity to most things. Light a fire and unwind, play a game of chess while the pot is simmering. In the summer, you can sit on the patio and you have a large gas grill.

It is 10 minutes to Ulricehamn's ski center or if you prefer the recreation area Lassalyckan with cross-country skiing, exercise track, football field and skating rink.

The apartment is located on the ground floor of the large house with its own entrance. It has three double rooms with room for six overnight guests and a large living room with space for two more. All bedrooms have windows facing the lake. You have access to a private beach with a wood-fired sauna and fishing in the lake. There are also good opportunities for walking, running and cycling tours in the surrounding area and the forest.

Good range of outdoor activities, for example, the Redvej trail goes with scenic settings for hikers and mountain biking bikers past the yard. It is only 3 km to the slalom slope which can be seen from the window and to the Lassalyckan outdoor area it takes about 10 minutes to drive.
