Cozy cottage of 72 m2, a stone's throw from the western shore of Åsunden. We as hosts live on the same property and there are nice walking paths in the nearby area. Swimming beach with jetty about 250 meters from the cottage. Within 15 km, there are 2 18-hole golf courses, Ulricehamn's Golf Club, Åsundsholm Golf Club and in winter, proximity to skiing downhill and cross-country trails. The cottage is well-equipped with fridge/freezer, microwave, stove, oven, dishwasher and washing machine. Large terrace under roof at an angle. Our motto is that everyone who visits us wants to come back.

Loftstugan

The loft is located near a pond with the forest as a neighbor. Here, it is the tranquility, simplicity and back to basics that apply. The cabin has no water and drainage but is compensated by a sauna and swimming in your own pond 5 meters from the cabin. An outhouse is by the main building. In winter, you will find the cottage in a white fairytale landscape. We put in an extra element during the cold months, but it is above all the stove that heats the cabin. Enjoy a sauna, a crackling fire or a fire outside under a star-filled night sky

Beautifully and meticulously restored 19th century building with modern amenities. Generous social areas both indoors and outdoors. Large living room with TV and sofa group. Private office with desk. Fast fiber WiFi and internet. Three bedrooms, two of which have double beds. Two bathrooms equipped with toilet and shower. Also, a washing machine in the house. Access to private sauna (rented separately) and boat dock next to the beach at Lake Tolken, known for good fishing opportunities. Boat can be rented separately.

Lakeside cottage with year-round standard

Cottage with kitchen and bathroom on the first floor and bedroom/TV room on the upper floor, overlooking the lake. It is located on the plot where we live, a family of two adults, two children and a small dog. On-land feeling with close to forest and land, walking and cycling trails, swimming and fishing in both Sämsjön and Åsunden. Several miles of paved bike paths also ideal for roller skis starting outside the door. By agreement, a boat can be rented. Pick your own apples during the season.

Lilla Lindhult

Relax in this unique and quiet accommodation in Änglagårdsbygd. When you need a break from everyday life in a peaceful and beautiful rural setting, this accommodation is perfect. The proximity to nature gives you the opportunity to unwind and also the opportunity for walks and fishing. In winter there are opportunities for skiing. There are two slalom slopes nearby and cross-country skiing is also possible. We have a good internet connection via fibre if you want to work while you are here.

Charming newly renovated brewery!

Huset är på 90 kvm fördelat på två plan. På första våning finns ett fullutrustat kök, matsal, hall, badrum med dusch, groventre med tvättmaskin och torktumlare samt ett sovrum med två ställbara enkelsängar. På övre plan finns ett stort allrum med en härlig takhöjd som är öppet upp till nock, en stor soffgrupp, ett skrivbord, ett matbord och tre enkelsängar. I allrummet finns det plats för de fyra extrasängarna som lämpar sig bäst för barn. På andra plan finns ett sovrum och en garderob.

Villa Näs - modern accommodation in a rural setting

Up in the garden overlooking Näs Manor and Nässjön is Villa Näs. A modern home in a rural and scenic environment. The house, which is secluded, has a large and lovely garden with sun all day. In the meadows around the house, grazing animals walk in the summer. A few steps away is Nässjön, which offers fantastic swimming. All our guests have access to barbecue, stand-up paddle boards and bicycles! In winter, you live 5 minutes' drive from the alpine center with a total of 7 slopes!

The surroundings feature a lake, lush forests, and beautiful natural pastures, creating the perfect setting for delightful winter walks in the crisp fresh air. For those interested in winter sports, the charming small town of Ulricehamn (just a 20-minute drive away) offers both downhill skiing at Ski Hike & Bike and cross-country skiing at Lassalyckan, an official Vasaloppet center.

Here you live comfortably near Lake Åsunden with swimming areas, bike paths, walking paths, the ski resorts Ulricehamn ski center and Lassalyckan. You are also close to two golf courses: Ulricehamn Golf Club (15 minutes by car) and Åsundsholm Golf and Country Club. The house is completely newly built and fully equipped and offers fresh and comfortable accommodation with fantastic nature.

Escape the hustle and bustle of city life and enjoy this quiet, spacious home, nestled between the forest and the water. With an oversize deck that goes all the way to the waterfront, you can’t get any closer to lakeside living than this! A large grill and outdoor seating make the deck the given focal point for long, lazy summer days. With a sauna by the water’s edge and a floating sun deck, opportunities for enjoying the water abound.

Big apartment right by the lake

The apartment is located on the ground floor of the large house with its own entrance. It has three double rooms with room for six overnight guests and a large living room with space for two more. All bedrooms have windows facing the lake. You have access to a private beach with a wood-fired sauna and fishing in the lake. There are also good opportunities for walking, running and cycling tours in the surrounding area and the forest.
