The house is located in the charming community of Dalsjöfors 15 minutes from Borås city center. The accommodation floor is newly renovated. 1 km to a really nice lake where you can swim, fish & grill. Within walking distance (5min) you will find an award-winning tapas restaurant, pizzeria, grocery store and bakery. In the community there are also tennis courts, padel courts, bathhouses, a footpath around the lake with several barbecue areas. In the basement (older standard) there is another toilet, a shower and a washing machine. Bed linens and towels are always included in the price.

Rental of boat and fishing license is purchased in the restaurant at the rest area by the lake. 3 km from the house is Borås golf club. You also have the proximity to central Borås which is easily reached by car in about 5 minutes. In Sweden you can hike freely in the forest and nature but do not go into private plots.
