Kattåkra Guesthouse

Kattåkra Guesthouse was completed in June 2024. It is a detached building in a courtyard environment that consists of kitchen/living room, bathroom with shower and two bedrooms with their own double bed, 160 cm wide. The kitchen is fully equipped. A patio in a western location is available, in summer there is outdoor furniture and barbecue. Only a few minutes away is SkiBikeHike with bike trails in spring, summer and fall. In winter, it is an alpine facility for the whole family. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay.

Lillstugan

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway just outside Timmele. With proximity to animals and nature and a living farm, you get a lovely relaxing holiday. In the nearby area, there are many hiking trails. Within about 10 km, you will find ski slopes with both downhill skiing, hiking and biking trails. Explore the city of Ulricehamn and its beautiful surroundings by Lake Åsunden. In Ulricehamn, you will find shopping, restaurants, swimming areas and the outdoor area Lassalyckan. The accommodation is smoke and pet free.

The house measures 90 square meters. The ground floor features a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, hallway, bathroom with a shower, utility entrance with a washing machine and tumble dryer, a bedroom with two single beds. The upper floor has a spacious living area, a large seating area, a desk and three single beds. The living area offers space for extra beds and there is also a separate bedroom. Guests have the option to bring their own horse; a stable stall and pasture are available.

Up in the garden overlooking Näs Manor and Nässjön is Villa Näs. A modern home in a rural and scenic environment. The house, which is secluded, has a large and lovely garden with sun all day. In the meadows around the house, grazing animals walk in the summer. A few steps away is Nässjön, which offers fantastic swimming. All our guests have access to barbecue, stand-up paddle boards and bicycles! In winter, you live 5 minutes' drive from the alpine center with a total of 7 slopes!

Welcome to our home. A spacious newly renovated basement apartment of 85m2 in a villa with plenty of room for 6 people with its own Jacuzzi and entrance at the back of the house in a very quiet villa area. Ulricehamn is truly a mecca for sports lovers. Our villa is centrally located with close proximity to most things. Light a fire and unwind, play a game of chess while the pot is simmering. In the summer, you can sit on the patio and you have a large gas grill.

Relax with the whole family in this quiet and natural accommodation. The cottage is located in a clearing, surrounded by forest and fields, with a south-facing balcony, beautiful flowers and a child-friendly garden with a trampoline and swing. You can easily relax and enjoy being here. On the colder days of the year, you can relax in front of the fire in the fireplace and warm up.

Welcome to our little farm from the late 1800s about 330 meters above sea level. Here you live in a beautiful rural environment while at the same time in the middle of the city. Walking distance to Lake Åsunden about 30 minutes but also good bus connection down to the city center from Tre rosors väg.

Nature-loving cottage

Quiet and secluded location on Haragården in Alboga, you live on the farm with animals all around. Newly renovated in 2022 with modern standards, about 48 sqm. Outdoor furniture and barbecue available, you bring your own charcoal. Shared pond with other homes on the farm.
