In 2021, we renovated a house in Bessho Onsen, Ueda, Shinshu, and opened it as an accommodation facility.Up to 9 people can stay in one unit.From 35,000 yen for up to 5 people (special rates available), with an additional 3,000 yen for each additional person.It is a private space with the whole house to yourselves, limited to one group per day, so you can relax without hesitation even if you have small children.There is also Wi-Fi, and two rooms on the second floor are equipped with desks, mini-fridges and electric kettles, making it the perfect accommodation for a workation where you can travel while working. There are four outdoor hot springs within walking distance, as well as numerous shrines and temples that are national treasures or important cultural properties, including Kitamuki Kannon.If you walk a little further, you can visit Shioda-daira, the "Kamakura of Shinshu", which is recognised as a Japan Heritage site and is home to the Nokura couple's Dosojin. The kitchen is also fully equipped, so you can cook your own meals.You are welcome to use the refrigerator, rice cooker, microwave, IH heater, electric kettle, and more.A supermarket (Tsuruya) and a convenience store are about a 10-minute drive away. There is free parking for two cars, so those who are coming by car can come with peace of mind.It is an 8-minute walk from Bessho Onsen Station if you are coming by train.

There are iconic wineries in Chikuma River Wine Valley, including Alcambigne, and 15 minutes by car, Ludovan, and Wine Terrace Mido.Find your favorite at the winery, and return to the inn to dinner with local ingredients in the old house kitchen. You can also enjoy a BBQ in the garden (equipment rental available; reservation required). B Haus ON Yado Tazawa is a small inn consisting of a newly built accommodation and a kitchen building that has been renovated from an old house that has been built for about 100 years. The kitchen building is fully equipped with cooking utensils and dishes while retaining the taste of dirt and beams.You can spend a nostalgic time somewhere with local ingredients. The accommodation building is newly built with a respect for the warmth of wood, equipped with a clean bedroom and a large bathroom. Retreat Lodge where you can enjoy seasonal medicinal herbs and a natural hot spring (pets allowed)

A tiny house and herbal retreat surrounded by the rich nature of Shinshu. You can freely use more than 80 kinds of medicinal herbs to heal your mind and body with herbal tea and herbal baths. In the living room with a wood-burning stove, you can read or have tea while surrounded by the warmth of the fire. There is a fire pit and pizza oven in the garden, where you can enjoy a campfire and homemade pizza. Outside the window is "Bingshi no Sato Park" with seasonal views. Enjoy picnics, morning walks, cherry blossoms and autumn leaves in the lawn plaza. You can bring your pets and stroll through nature together. A hot spring with a view is a 1-minute drive away, and there are many local hot springs within a 10-minute drive. If you stretch your legs a little, you can also visit Ueda Castle, Seikogen, and the Power Spot tour. Bedding includes 1 double bed in the loft (single futon can be added on request), 1 double futon bed in the first floor tatami space, and a single bed on the couch sofa. It can accommodate up to 5 people.
