The vacation home has 160 square meters of living space and 5 bedrooms for 10 plus 2 people. It is located in the middle of the Leipzig Neuseenland on Lake Hain 20 km south of Leipzig. The core of the house is a 70 square meter dining/living room with huge windows, a long dining table and a fireplace. There are two large terraces, from the upper one you have a view far over the lake. The house was deliberately designed for sociable days in a larger group. For the children there are many books, toys and a playground.

Endlich ist der Sommer da! Der Wagen steht am schattigem Waldrand mit Blick auf hügelige Wiesen. Die Vögel zwitschern Dich frühmorgens munter und der Waldsee ruft die Tapferen zum morgendlichen Bad (12 min zu Fuß). Du wirst den ganzen Tag auf der Terrasse sitzen, das Erwachen der Natur beobachten, Lagerfeuer machen, chillen – und vielleicht die vielen Eindrücke nachklingen lassen. Da die Zivilisation 2,5 km weit weg ist, solltest Du vorher ordentlich einkaufen gehen. Reizarm ist das neue Bio!

My accommodation is located in the municipality of Muldestausee in the district of Gröbern. Gröbern is a small place with 800 inhabitants. In 10 minutes you can reach the Gröberner See, which invites you to swim and relax. There you can rent bicycles, sub s, boats and fins for a fee in the forest resort. By bike you can explore the entire area from Wörlitzer Gartenreich to Goitzsche. Leipzig and Halle are not far either. The new outlet center FOC can be reached in 25 minutes.

We rent a small apartment in our straw bale house in Markkleeberg. The property is quietly located, not far from the Markkleeberger lake. You can expect a 1-bedroom apartment in a quiet location, with its own kitchen and small bathroom. The outdoor area invites you to linger. Between chickens and ducks you can relax wonderfully. Also very suitable for children and families. Diverse excursion destinations possible in the countryside. 15 min drive to Leipziger Zentrum (car).
