The vacation home has 160 square meters of living space and 5 bedrooms for 10 plus 2 people. It is located in the middle of the Leipzig Neuseenland on Lake Hain 20 km south of Leipzig. The core of the house is a 70 square meter dining/living room with huge windows, a long dining table and a fireplace. There are two large terraces, from the upper one you have a view far over the lake. The house was deliberately designed for sociable days in a larger group. For the children there are many books, toys and a playground.

My accommodation is located in the municipality of Muldestausee in the district of Gröbern. Gröbern is a small place with 800 inhabitants. In 10 minutes you can reach the Gröberner See, which invites you to swim and relax. There you can rent bicycles, sub s, boats and fins for a fee in the forest resort. By bike you can explore the entire area from Wörlitzer Gartenreich to Goitzsche. Leipzig and Halle are not far either. The new outlet center FOC can be reached in 25 minutes.

Just 100 meters from the lake, our small Swedish house, which offers 4 beds and a sofa bed, is located in an absolutely quiet, idyllic location on the chestnut avenue. Fantastic relaxation away from the big city, the perfect place to slow down and recharge with family or friends. Lake Kiebitz has great water quality. In addition, our house is the perfect starting point to explore Leipzig, Dresden, Wittenberg, Tropical Island or the Spreewald.

Welcome to the romantic Gerichtsstube of Rittergut Leppersdorf, a holiday apartment in a medieval-Mediterranean style. Families can relax in 66 m² of space: a bathroom, hallway, kitchen, a children's room with 4 beds (including a bunk bed), a balcony and a large living and sleeping room with a king-size bed for the parents. Enjoy cosy hours, experience history up close and start your holiday relaxed in a unique atmosphere.

A staircase leads to the slightly lower sleeping loft with two more single beds.
