Das separat zugängliche Grundstück steht Euch allein zur Verfügung, ihr teilt es euch nur mit unseren Schneeeulen Hedwig und Schnucki, welche ihr vom Schlafzimmer sehen könnt und der Uhu-Dame Agathe, die euch am Grillplatz begrüßt. Bei uns könnt ihr das echte Landleben genießen und den Alltag vergessen :-)

Guest house in an idyllic village

Guest rooms in the idyllic village invite you to linger, enjoy doing nothing and just relax. Kleinrössen is located about 100 km south of Berlin - between Herzberg and Falkenberg. Dresden/Leipzig is also not too far away. Falkenberg is very easy to reach by regional train. It is also an attractive tour by bicycle (XXX/KR), for example via the Elbe cycle path. There is a beautiful surrounding area with good bike paths, lakes and the Schwarze Elster; in short: pure nature.

Tiny house on the edge of the forest, temporary escape

The old construction trailer created something special with lots of wood and love. Five windows and a glass door provide light and views of the garden and forest. With the modern kitchenette and small bathroom, the wagon offers everything for a break in Lower Lusatia. The perfect place to read, write, meditate, cook, stargaze, go mushroom picking (dehydrator available), feed the chickens, sit around the campfire, go for walks in the forest, and observe the wildlife.

The approximately 100 square meter vacation home is located in an outbuilding of a three-sided courtyard, the former Wildschützer Pfarrhof. The apartment on two floors, furnished with attention to detail, offers two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen. Next to the main entrance door, a kitchen door leads directly into the green courtyard. The terrace offers seating and a barbecue area. Behind the barn is the spacious garden with swimming pool.

Top renovated air-conditioned apartment in the attic

The guest apartment is located in the completely newly converted attic of our house. It includes a living area with kitchen, 2 bedrooms and a large bathroom. The nearest supermarket is less than 1 km away and the bakery is only a 2-minute walk. If necessary, a bread roll service is possible on Saturdays. Riesa is located approximately midway between the cities of Leipzig and Dresden directly on the beautiful Elbe. The Elbe Cycle Path is about 3 km away.

Schwedenhaus Caius am Kiebitzsee

Only 100 meters from the lake is in an absolutely quiet, idyllic location on Kastanienallee, our small Swedish cottage, which offers 4 beds and a sofa bed. Fantastic relaxation away from the big city, the perfect place to slow down and recharge with friends or friends. The Kiebitzsee has a great water quality. In addition, our house is the perfect starting point to explore Leipzig, Dresden, Wittenberg, Tropical Island or the Spreewald.

The old building has been renovated with a lot of care and attention to detail and offers all the amenities you need to feel good on about 60 m². Sustainable and natural materials were used and so, for example, the field stone construction has also remained an eye-catcher inside. The secluded location of the house provides a wide view over the surrounding meadows, where sheep and goats graze.
