Our place is located on beautiful Wilmington Island, half way from Downtown and Tybee Island a GREAT LOCATION. The views are amazing marsh, creek, and Johnny Mercer Bridge. We are very close to local restaurants, arts culture, parks. Our place is great for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with children bring or rent your equipment P&P, gates ECT). Owners lives on site apt. attached. This is a cottage/bungalow the ceilings are a little lower than normal.

If you looking for a peaceful, shady, nature abundant property to relax after a busy sunfilled day, this is it! Magical gardens with birds and butterflies, and solar walkways so you can enjoy the stars at night. I pride myself having spotless apartments and every surface is wiped with care. I am 420 friendly outside and always LGBTQ+ welcoming. Four blocks to SUNRISE & four blocks to SUNSET! The past reviews say it all, but you should leave here, renewed and feeling JOY!

Tybee Lighthouse Cottage (A): Walk to the Beach!

From the moment you step through the doorway, you feel at home, as if you have always lived in a cottage by the sea. The gentle smell of salt air and the cozy interior inspire you to embrace the care-free island life. Slow down, cook a great meal, walk to the beach, drink a beer. This is living on Tybee time! This beach cottage is great for a small family or a group of friends. Sleeps up to 4 between a king bed and a full-size sofa bed in the living room.

The Houseboat on Tybee Island

Located at the Tybee Island Marina on Lazaretto Creek, along the western boundary of Tybee Island, The Houseboat offers spectacular sunrise and sunset views nestled in a serene spot between the beach on Tybee or a day exploring Savannah. Due to its location on a floating dock in a tidal creek, with low tides making for a difficult/steep transition between the floating and stationary docks, The Houseboat is not ideal for guests with mobility issues.

Dreamsicle Cottage (1.5 blocks to the beach)

Beautiful cottage in the perfect location! 1.5-2 blocks from the beach, restaurants & shops. Essentials & beach supplies provided. Dog friendly. Super easy check-in. Very large fenced in backyard, deck & the outdoor showers are always a hit! 3 large bedrooms, 1 full bath, 2 half baths, large kitchen w/ essentials, washer/dryer, 2 outdoor enclosed (H/C) showers, lots of free parking, cable, 4 flat screen TVs (2 smart), fast Wi-Fi & charcoal grill.

17 Tybee Straits

Tybee Straits is located on a private street with a private boardwalk to the beach. This beautiful newly renovated townhouse is steps away from the beach in a great mid-island location. There are three bedrooms, two full bathrooms and an outdoor shower. Tybee Market is across the street for all your grocery needs. A screened porch is located off the dining area with extra dining space. WIFI internet access is provided.

The Love Bird Suite

Located on the serene and historic Wilmington Island, this space was designed as a romantic couple’s getaway. April Discount, Stunning View, Short Walk to Beach

Best of both worlds. Great place to view herons, egrets even an occasional otter from the back porch, yet only a 6-minute walk to the secluded Tybee North Beach. After guests go down a private lane, relax and enjoy the tidal creek views and birds on. For cooler months, we have a fireplace. June, July 2026, 7 night minimum, Saturday to Saturday, check in/check out required.
