Nico‘s place sits on a beautiful piece of property atop a hill overlooking Montepulciano. You can walk around the hill and see a 360° view of amazingTuscany. The pool is beautiful and the grounds are well manicured but natural, making for a peaceful, quiet retreat. The architecture of this historic setting is gorgeously Tuscan yet super comfortable, attractive, and functional. Nico and his team are wonderfully pleasant, super helpful, and there if you need them. We feel very fortunate to have discovered this opportunity. We will definitely be back.

Il luogo è molto tranquillo, bello il terrazzo, che offre una rilassante vista sui dintorni collinari. Ben fornita la cucina. Bagno spazioso. Nel complesso l'appartamento è molto confortevole. Bisogna però avere l'auto, perché è in una frazione molto piccola.

Piera molto gentile e brava a segnalarti l’appartamento in centro del paese con le indicazioni. Casa accogliete …semplice per il nostro utilizzo, macchinetta del caffè , un letto comodo e un bagno con la doccia. Paese piccolo e soprattutto venendo da Milano molto silenzioso per le orecchie

We've stayed at this apartment for 3 nights and it was the best experience we had throughout our whole trip in Italy for 2 weeks. We literally felt like home. Location is perfect, very quiet, convenient to walk or to go by bus. Some shops and cafes nearby. There're everything that's needed inside the flat, exactly as it's states in description. We'd love to stay here again if we return to Florence

wonderful property, so cozy, and so clean! I did the cooking class with my partner while we stayed there and it was absolutely wonderful! We also highly recommend the breakfast which was €20 per person but VERY worth it - it was a breakfast buffet for just the two of us which surpassed our expectations. Absolutely beautiful place and we cannot wait to come back for a longer stay!

The apartment of giancarlo is perfect for visiting toscana. You can visit all cities around in between one hour by car. Moreover he was really kind and helpful, we got in the beginning an introduction and recomandations for a view restaurants around. We enjoyed the stay. It was clean, comfortable and pretty. Thanks for having us there.

O apartamento é lindo e bem maior do que parece. Estava com mais duas amigas e nos sentimos em casa! Ele é todo equipado com alarmes e travas, então junto com a região super tranquila, nos sentimos muito seguras. Todos os cômodos eram muito bem equipados, principalmente a cozinha. Gostaríamos de poder ficar mais tempo para aproveitar mais ainda o apartamento encantador. Ele é bem próximo de pontos de ônibus e encontramos vagas próximas todos os dias para o nosso carro. Daniela foi muito atenciosa durante toda a nossa estadia e sempre muito solicita para ajudar em qualquer dúvida que surgisse. Amamos a estadia e recomendamos muito!

The apartment was very clean, well equipped and well organized, suitable for longer and shorter stays for 4 people. It is situated in a silent and pleasant neighborhood, within a short walking distance from the famous museums, churches and bridges of Firenze and with easy access to cafees, restaurants, markets and shops. Giuseppe was ready to give advice about every subject we asked about. The communication with him was immidiate, excellent, informative, warm and very welcoming from the day of reservation and throughout our stay. We highly recommend this apartment and will be happy to come back!

Totul a decurs foarte bine,de la comunicarea cu Leonardo, care a fost foarte atent cu noi si cu procesul de check in pana la cazarea noastra in acest apartament care e pozitionat foarte bine spre o priveliste incantatoare si linistita. Nu ne-a lipsit nimic, practic am avut un confort ca acasa, somnul a fost chiar odihnitor avnd paturi si lenjerie confortabila. Recomand cu mare placere pentru ca este o placere sa poposesti la aceasta cazare pe care as descrieo in 3 cuvinte: bun gust, lejeritate si liniste.

Very happy with our stay, we took a cab from the airport right to the door. Place was spotless, exactly as described. We were very comfortable for our time there. Would book again if we are ever back in this region

We had a great time in Florence, and everything was very walkable from Andrea's place. It also had a beautiful balcony with lots of natural light. Andrea was very helpful, showed us around the apartment and gave us lots of tips on what to do in the area and places to eat. The pizza place he recommended was amazing!! Thanks again!

We had a lovely stay in this spotless elegant apartment in the centre of the old part of Lucca. Good wifi, kitchen well equipped. Communication with Salvatore was excellent. We had a problem identifying the location of the keysafe from Salvatore’s directions and his photograph (the keysafe is locked to a pipe about 1.5m to the left of the front door) but after a few texts back and forth it was resolved! This is a delightful apartment and we would certainly recommend it to anyone looking for a nice place to stay in old Lucca.

Large well decorated apartment with nice bedding and nice terrace looking on to the back of Basilica di San Lorenzo. Awesome central location for walking around seeing all sights. Filippo who you meet for check in is super friendly and was very helpful for us.

L'appartamento è molto carino e confortevole. Ha una spazio esterno molto piacevole il nostro cucciolo lo ha apprezzato molto! Jacopo è estremamente gentile e pronto a dare qualsiasi aiuto o informazione. La nostra esperienza è più che positiva. Il villaggio è ben curato. Spero di tornarci presto

Patrizia war super hilfsbereit und freundlich . Die Unterkunft war wie auf den Bildern zu sehen. Die Lage der Wohnung ist herrlich. Man erreicht alle großen Städte (Pisa, Florenz, Lucca) innerhalb von 1 -1.5 Stunden

Tutto perfetto, luogo super accogliente e bellissimo. Isabella e la sua famiglia ci ha accolti al meglio e soddisfatto tutte le nostre richieste durante la nostra GTE dell'elba. A perfect location in Viareggio - three streets away from the sea and two streets from the main shopping street in the other direction. It was a perfect choice for the holiday we wanted and needed - amazingly quiet in the house. The air conditioning was really good - and very useful when we arrived in 30C heat. All in all we had a fabulous ten day holiday there - and wished we could have stayed longer. Grazie mille Pamela

Nous avons passé 5 nuits chez Paolo (appartement pour 4 personnes). Un havre de paix : une immense piscine parfaitement entretenue, une vaste pelouse et de multiples endroits pour se reposer, lire (à l'ombre ou au soleil), etc. Une table de ping - pong à l'écart. Une literie très confortable. Un équipement très complet. Un endroit majestueux, à l'écart du voisinage et pourtant très près de Monte San Savino (avec ce qu'il faut de magasins, de restaurants, etc) et pas loin de l'autoroute (ce qui permet une grande mobilité dans la région). Bref, un excellent séjour.

Ottimo appartamento, a 10 minuti a piedi dal centro di Arezzo. Noi abbiamo usufruito della casa in gruppo (4 persone) per 4 giorni, e ci siamo trovati molto bene. Gli spazi della casa sono ottimi, avevamo a disposizione un divano letto matrimoniale, un singolo divano letto e un letto singolo. Nella casa avevamo tutto il necessario per la permanenza. Marzia è un ottimo host, risponde subito ed è molto disponibile. Unica pecca: abbiamo visitato Arezzo in inverno, e purtroppo la casa era un po' fredda nonostante i caloriferi accesi (niente di troppo problematico, comunque)

We stayed at Mel's Casa Luca in March 2025 for over a week. Tucked away yet near medieval Campagnatico, it’s 5 minutes from the E78 to Grosseto/Siena, 15-20 minutes to Grosseto, and 30 minutes to the sea. Casa Luca, one of three stone farmhouses on what is essentially an olive farm, offers resort-like amenities which are shared with the guests of the other 2 houses: a trampoline, large pool, and ample walking space. Casa Luca is a single-storey house with two bedrooms with plenty of storage, comfy beds, an open-plan kitchen/dining/living area with Netflix, a big bathroom, and a well-equipped kitchen. Outside, there’s a private garden, terrace, BBQ. There is also a shared bakehouse with a pizza oven and huge dining table. We loved it and highly recommend it!
