Our bungalow is nicely suited for 2, features a separate kitchen, a 3/4 bath, & large main room for sleeping or relaxing. We offer a private entrance with carport parking. Yard is fenced, with dog door, up to 2pets are welcome. Centrally located, within minutes of the airport, downtown and the University of Arizona. We are within walking distance to Reid Park for golfing or a visit to the Zoo. Even though we are midtown with easy access to many areas of town, you will find it surprisingly quiet.

Welcome to our solar powered cozy casita, a good fit for 1-2 guests, with a small kitchenette with a microwave, small fridge and Keurig coffeemaker. Indoor salt water pool heated to 85 degrees! The guest house has a queen bed with a Sealy Posturepedic mattress, air conditioning, a laptop desk and 32" TV with Roku streaming. The casita has its own private patio with table, chairs and umbrella for dining in the lovely Tucson weather! The wifi is gigabit fast!
