The Nopal one bedroom apartment is a serene oasis in the heart of Sunset Heights, one of El Paso's oldest and coolest neighborhoods and is just a walk away from downtown El Paso, UTEP, ballpark, The Hospitals of Providence Memorial Campus and Las Palmas Medical Center. It's part of a two unit complex with its own back yard, refrigerated AC, and washer/dryer.

Perfectly situated in a calm safe neighborhood just minutes from I10 and loop 375. There is one King bed and one small futon sofa, a great kitchenette, lovely full bathroom, 50” TV and HEPA filter. Once upon a time this space was a large garage, now has been professionally converted to this gorgeous oasis.
