Entertainment such as TopGolf and I-Fly are just down the street. There are several other guest rooms within the property, so please make sure to go to the correct door ( White door, “Angie’s Place”). This is a luxuriously designed studio which is attached to a main home, but completely private w/ its own entrance. Perfectly situated in a calm safe neighborhood just minutes from I10 and loop 375. ONLY WELL BEHAVED PETS ALLOWED. Plenty of street parking. There is one KING bed & one futon sofa, a great kitchenette, and lovely full bathroom and HEPA filter. Once upon a time this space was a large garage but now has been professionally converted. PET FEE $35 PER PET MUST BE PREPAID.

Please do not bring pets in the unit. This quaint apartment has everything you need and more!!! Great for long term or short term! The space is in a detached guest house, but has a private entry way and private patio. The room has a reading nook, kitchenette, futon, 2 TVs with local channels, and streaming services via fire stick. There is one designated guest parking spot or street parking can be used for multiple vehicles. Neighbor has an outdoor dog so some barking is expected.
