Just in time for summer 2025, we recently installed brand new central air-conditioning at this lovely downtown "casita"!! It was recently updated with new appliances and has a clothes washer and dryer. Great location near the zoo, Tingley Beach (hiking and biking trails near the river), and just blocks from downtown. Off street private parking and private patio area with a Jacuzzi hot tub! Perfect for relaxation.
