This 2 br 1 bath 1940's style Tucson Bungalow is fully equipped with everything needed for long and short stays. Close to everything worth seeing…. And just minutes from the U of A, Randolph Golf, Botanical Gardens, shopping malls etc. It was our first home so we still have a great deal of affection for it! The Peter Howell Neighborhood is very walkable, and many enjoy taking their dogs to the Alvernon Park just down the street. Come experience midtown Tucson at one of our 12 homes !
