Private Beach House in Las Conchas
Our treasured family on-the-beach house was designed by my grandfather and built 65 years ago. It has since then been remodeled and upgraded frequently. Highlights include two large beautiful domed ceilings giving the primary rooms unique acoustics and amazing above-head space, an expansive stargazing deck, a luxurious master room, and beautiful themed tiling throughout. Update 06/ 2022: We take guest feedback seriously! We recently have added new blinds, a new gas grill, and satellite TV.

Comfortable studio
This is a small studio inside a property with a house on the same land (my grandmother lives in this house). The parking is shared but it is large, it is comfortable, small but very safe, clean and in a very good location. It has a bathroom, a bed, a small kitchen where you can cook, also very equipped with everything you need for your comfort. The location is very good, close to the beach, viewpoint, pier, banks, Red Cross, restaurants and other things.
