The house is located in the middle of the coastal village of Svarte, about 6 km to Ystad where you can easily drive by car or bike along the sea. Guest house overlooking the fields.

Guest house of approx. 50 sqm, a few kilometres outside Ystad. Here you live quietly and peacefully right next to the fields in a farm environment. Outside the patio door, there is a private patio facing south. Car can be parked right outside the house. In the house, there is a bedroom on the ground floor with a double bed (180 cm), and on the sleeping loft, which is accessed via a stepladder, there are two single beds (90 cm x 2). Cot is available to borrow. The bike path will take you all the way to Ystad (about 7 km to the city center), there are bikes to borrow.
