Gaia’s house is everything you could wish for - perfectly located in beautiful Anguillara, well decorated and full with anything you need, cozy, comfortable and with a stunning view from the living room and bedroom. Around you will find the lake, great restaurants and coffee bars, and paid parking close by. Easily one of the nicest places we’ve stayed in, and Gaia was a generous host, attentive and communicative. Will definitely come back!

A great stay near Roma FCO airport. Dilara is very welcoming and will give you the best advices to make the most out of your stay. The Room is tidy clean and has an easy access to Rome by train. Recommend!

Gorgeous house with a huge back garden that opens up to a panoramic view of the lake and spectacular sunrises worth waking up at 6am for. The house was clean, comfortable, well decorated, had good ventilation (A/c) and spacious living areas. All amenities were provided including those essentials ; coffee machine, laundry facilities, TV, decent Wifi and driveway parking. It very much feels like a family home. It is well positioned, located within a short walking distance from the Lake also giving you easy access restaurants and water sport activities . There's a little pathway at the bottom of the garden that leads you there. As well as a view of the lake from the back garden, you also get a bonus view of the Orsini-Odescalchi castle from the front of the house. Host was lovely,accomodating and super responsive. Couldn't have hoped for anything better. Even the mosquitoes were kinder.

The accommodation was really nice, both outside for its location in the oldest part of Trevignano Romano, and inside with a very cozy decor and respectful of the type of environment. Inside we found all the promised comforts and Host Ambra was really kind and helpful. Definitely recommend

Luciana was a perfect host: helpful, welcoming and extremely kind. We felt right at home. The villa is located in a charming place, totally surrounded by greenery with a private view of Lake Vico. If you love nature, animals and the slow flow of time by the lake, then Antonella and Luciana's house is the place for you. A special greeting to Ninetto! Mariella, Peter and Ulysses.

We were looking for a private villa that was close to the Lake but also had a pool. This villa didn’t fail. It was very private with electric gates and a quiet location. The added benefit of having the pool was great. The Lake was only 10 mins away and there are lots of water activities to do.

Silvia, the host, a wonderful person as well as the husband I now consider a friend and their beautiful little dogs. Available and kind beyond expectations. Unfortunately there was a problem not dependent on them and the tension was uncomfortable for everyone, however I highly recommend it.

Luca was such a wonderful host! I came with an injured ankle and he was so helpful with getting me settled in. We had an amazing stay, the house is beautiful! Absolutely recommend to anyone looking to stay in the area. The view is beautiful and there is lots to do. 10/10 stay. Thank you for everything!!!

We were searching for a place to decompress after two weeks of traveling throughout Italy. Lake Bracciano was perfect. Our initial Airbnb fell through, luckily Sofia was highly accommodating and we were able to book and enjoy the cute apartment within a couple of hours. The apartment is less than a block from the lake in the old town. It is quaint and compact. It had everything we needed to cook and relax. Sofia provided coffee and breakfast items. There is a large grocery store within walking distance. We enjoyed the lakefront restaurants and gelato and traveled around the lake twice to enjoy the other towns and hiking trails. It is less than an hour's drive to the Rome Fiumicino airport.

We were in town for a wedding and found this little gem close to the reception location. The outside of the building could use some work but the interior was beautiful and clean. It had all the personal touches for a lovely stay. The free parking was also very convenient and the breakfast vochures were a nice surprise! If in the area, would stay again.

Amazing

Norberto and Valeria are exceptional hosts, kind and helpful, Samba is also very sweet. Samba's little house is delicious and equipped with every comfort, its garden surrounded by greenery allows you to fully relax.

The owners are very welcoming and helpful. The location fully met our expectations. Very suitable for two couples of friends and/or a family as the spaces are comfortable and the presence of two bathrooms with shower (brand new, like the rest of the house) makes it easy to coexist. Highly recommended.

Beautiful!!!Beautiful place!!! however could use better WiFi n air conditioner downstairs but was comfortable n had fans available n the care taker’s were amazing ppl friendly n their services n the food absolutely loved they went above n beyond even gave us a ride in to town to get a few things definitely will recommend this place to anyone. Thank you so much made us all feel welcome n direct connection with cab service which made it so easy to get around our overall stay was great!!!

We stayed for 3 nights, everything was perfect, clean , well equipped, comfortable. Very pleasant and communicative host. The place is near many restaurants and beaches, beautiful and very romantic alleys. (5 min by car) , perfect romantic vacation.

My experience with my family in Alessandro's accommodation was perfect. Alessandro was very helpful as well as the caretakers of the house, with a very kind welcome! The accommodation is very pleasant and modern, with a beautiful garden and access to the lake a few metres away, via a very quiet and uncrowded beach, really perfect for staying in peace!

We stayed for a month with our 6 children. We knew we wanted to see Rome and the sights, but also have “quiet days” to spend as a family. This was perfect for both. It takes about an hour to get into Rome. Bus to the train station, train to Rome. The transit was reliable - the bus was always on time. Google the bus line - “Schiaffini” - for the timetables, but it usually lines up with the trains. It leaves approximately every 30 minutes from the Piazza del Molo. You pay on the bus. For our days we did not go into Rome, we spent in Anguillara. It is a beautiful town! We are American and the locals were welcoming. There are lots of visitors but most seemed Italian. There were events and festivals nearly every weekend. The beach is easy to get to and the water was wonderful. There are about 4 bars (coffee shops) and 15 restaurants in a 5 minute walk.
