Holiday rentals with beach access in Trevignano Romano

We stayed only one night before our departure (close to the airport) but the accommodation was perfect and as advertised. Close to the beach too (walking distance). Clear and easy entry instructions.

Very nice stay near the airport. The apartment has every amenity listed. Very friendly host responsive to every question. Quiet surroundings.

Place was as portrayed w nice toiletries in the bath, even sunscreen. Bed linens and towels were a bit worn and weary. The three balconies were a treat and the rooms were all bright and airy. I would have liked some flexibility w the check in time as 5 p. m. was a long wait for me. Sara was on time and proactively asked and reminded me about a taxi transfer. She was also helpful in trying to find replacement rooms for my uncles who had to leave their rental. Also she texted us a list of restaurants. Thank you, Sara

Finishing up my stay in Tuscany, I just needed a place to sleep near FCO due to an early flight. Catarina provided plenty of communication, with clear instructions and made the entire process easy. Although my stay was short, it provided what I needed to get some rest after a day full of train rides - a spacious bed and a quiet environment. From what I saw, the space was cozy with a well stocked kitchen and a beautiful deck. Note, the unit is on the 5th floor, there is an elevator that takes you up to the 4th. In terms of location, there are plenty of restaurants in walking distance. The bus stop to the airport is very close and is a short ride. In terms of getting to the Airbnb, I was able to take the Sitbusshuttle from Rome Termini, which dropped me off a few blocks away - 15 min walk

The apartment was clean and spacious. It had everything you need. The beds were comfortable. We like to stay inTatiana’s place.

Great to stay for a few days in Fiumicino so close to the sea. The place was great and had a private patio where the kids could play. Claudio drove us early to the airport and was very friendly and helpful.

Great communication in advance. The apartment itself is modernly furnished, very clean and has a great view of the lake. We started from here to Rome. We will be back 😊

Beautifully decorated and comfortable flat! We had everything we need and fully enjoyed it. The only thing is that there are some stairs leading to the flat, and we had quite some big luggages. However, Federica helped us with it. :) My family totally loved it here, thank you!

Emanuel's place is located in very peaceful area, away from the noise but close to the beach and everything you will need.

Our family had a wonderful stay here and really appreciated the host's flexibility and responsiveness. The location is amazing; a 30 second walk gets you to the lake, 2 minutes gets you to the local restaurants and shops. The house was spacious and comfortable and at an amazing value. I hope we can visit again!

Perfect apartment for a short family stay in a quiet and centric area of Fiumicino. It has everything you need, including a free private parking spot and Stefano was always available, providing quick answers to any of our questions.

Nice clean, well-kept condominium with private pool and the sea a few steps away. The apartment is very nice with all the comforts including precious air conditioning...nice terrace with an ideal tent for lunch and dinner. Highly recommended.

Naoki's place is beautiful. Excellent communication! Super clean and you can feel the love by the care and special touches. The outdoor area has chairs and lounge chairs and you have the entire area to yourself overlooking the water. Sunset was spectacular! If you are lucky enough to find availability here, you will not be disappointed. Hoping I can stay here again! The only thing I would say that I wasn't aware of was that I had to carry my luggage up a flight is stairs and that may be a problem for some. The elevator only goes to the 2nd floor.
