Lake house holiday rentals in Trevignano Romano

Gorgeous house with a huge back garden that opens up to a panoramic view of the lake and spectacular sunrises worth waking up at 6am for. The house was clean, comfortable, well decorated, had good ventilation (A/c) and spacious living areas. All amenities were provided including those essentials ; coffee machine, laundry facilities, TV, decent Wifi and driveway parking. It very much feels like a family home. It is well positioned, located within a short walking distance from the Lake also giving you easy access restaurants and water sport activities . There's a little pathway at the bottom of the garden that leads you there. As well as a view of the lake from the back garden, you also get a bonus view of the Orsini-Odescalchi castle from the front of the house. Host was lovely,accomodating and super responsive. Couldn't have hoped for anything better. Even the mosquitoes were kinder.

Gaia’s house is everything you could wish for - perfectly located in beautiful Anguillara, well decorated and full with anything you need, cozy, comfortable and with a stunning view from the living room and bedroom. Around you will find the lake, great restaurants and coffee bars, and paid parking close by. Easily one of the nicest places we’ve stayed in, and Gaia was a generous host, attentive and communicative. Will definitely come back!

L'alloggio era davvero bello, sia all'esterno per la sua collocazione nella parte più antica di Trevignano Romano, sia all'interno con un arredamento molto accogliente e rispettoso del tipo di ambiente. All'interno abbiamo trovato tutti i comfort promessi e l'Host Ambra è stata davvero gentile e disponibile. Lo raccomando senz'altro

Luciana è stata una host perfetta: disponibile, accogliente ed estremamente gentile. Ci siamo sentiti a casa. La villa si trova in un posto incantevole, totalmente immersa nel verde con affaccio privato sul Lago di Vico. Se amate la natura, gli animali e il lento scorrere del tempo in riva al lago, allora la casa di Antonella e Luciana è il posto che fa per voi. Un saluto speciale a Ninetto! Tutto corrisponde alla descrizione, lo host è molto cortese e risponde immediatamente per ogni necessità. C'è un servizio di manutenzione che interviene prontamente. Solo la connessione internet di tutta la zona (Trevignano) è un po' lenta, non sufficiente per tutte le necessità di smart working. Avendone necessità, abbiamo risolto acquistando 50 Giga da TIM , che qui è meglio connessa degli altri opetatori gsm.

Silvia, l’host, una persona splendida così come il marito che considero ormai un amico e le loro splendide cagnoline. Disponibili e gentili oltre ogni aspettativa. Purtroppo c’è stato un problema non dipendente da loro e la tensione è stata disagevole per tutti, comunque lo consiglio vivamente.

Luca was such a wonderful host! I came with an injured ankle and he was so helpful with getting me settled in. We had an amazing stay, the house is beautiful! Absolutely recommend to anyone looking to stay in the area. The view is beautiful and there is lots to do. 10/10 stay. Thank you for everything!!!

We were searching for a place to decompress after two weeks of traveling throughout Italy. Lake Bracciano was perfect. Our initial Airbnb fell through, luckily Sofia was highly accommodating and we were able to book and enjoy the cute apartment within a couple of hours. The apartment is less than a block from the lake in the old town. It is quaint and compact. It had everything we needed to cook and relax. Sofia provided coffee and breakfast items. There is a large grocery store within walking distance. We enjoyed the lakefront restaurants and gelato and traveled around the lake twice to enjoy the other towns and hiking trails. It is less than an hour's drive to the Rome Fiumicino airport.

We were in town for a wedding and found this little gem close to the reception location. The outside of the building could use some work but the interior was beautiful and clean. It had all the personal touches for a lovely stay. The free parking was also very convenient and the breakfast vochures were a nice surprise! If in the area, would stay again.

Norberto e Valeria sono Host eccezionali, gentili e disponibili, anche Samba è dolcissima. La casetta di Samba è deliziosa ed attrezzata di ogni confort, il suo giardino immerso nel verde permette di rilassarsi a pieno.

I proprietari sono molto accoglienti e disponibili. La location ha rispettato appieno le nostre aspettative. Adattissimo per due coppie di amici e/o una famiglia in quanto gli spazi sono confortevoli e la presenza di due bagni con doccia (nuovissimi, come il resto della casa) facilità la convivenza. Consigliatissimo.

Vi var 17 personer i alderen 3 til 60 som tilbrakte 9 dager i Sabinas nydelige villa. Stedet var perfekt og innfridde våre forventninger fullt ut. Vi tilbrakte all tid ute, enten på den nydelige terrassen eller ved bassenget. Bassenget ligger noen meter fra huset, noe som småbarnsforeldrene var meget fornøyd med. Da fikk de vært litt ved huset og hvilt litt og slapp å passe på barna i bassenget hele tiden. Kjøkkenet var godt utrustet. Vi laget de fleste middager hjemme. Vi skulle gjerne hatt litt mer kjøleskap til å avkjøle drikken vår i varmen men det gikk greit. Det var litt variert dekning på Wifi og telefon i og rundt huset men vi valgte å legge bort telefonene og kose oss sammen i stedet. Giorgia var til god hjelp og bisto med å kaste søppel og vaske håndduker og sengeklær ved behov. Hun serverte også en nydelig lasagne første dagen. Sabina har vært en god vert. Har svart raskt på våre spørsmål. Vi anbefaler Sabina og hennes hus på det varmeste.

We stayed for 3 nights, everything was perfect, clean , well equipped, comfortable. Very pleasant and communicative host. The place is near many restaurants and beaches, beautiful and very romantic alleys. (5 min by car) , perfect romantic vacation.

Abbiamo appena passato una settimana incantevole nella bellissima casa di Nicola a Bracciano. La posizione della casa nel borgo medievale non poteva essere più bella, con vista mozzafiato. Bracciano è un paese pieno di ottimi ristoranti. C’è moltissimo da fare e vedere, ma il museo aeronautico è da non perdere assolutamente! We spent a wonderful week in Nicola’s lovely house in Bracciano in the medieval part of the town with the most amazing view of the lake. Bracciano is full of wonderful restaurants and there are so many things to do and see. Not to be missed is the aeronautics museum, which is about 10 minutes by car from Bracciano.

La mia esperienza con la mia famiglia nell’ alloggio di Alessandro è stata perfetta Alessandro è stato molto disponibile così come i custodi della casa, con un accoglienza molto gentile! L’alloggio è molto gradevole e moderno, con un bel giardino e l’accesso al lago a pochi metri, via una spiaggia molto tranquilla e poco frequentata davvero perfetto per stare in tranquillità!

We stayed for a month with our 6 children. We knew we wanted to see Rome and the sights, but also have “quiet days” to spend as a family. This was perfect for both. It takes about an hour to get into Rome. Bus to the train station, train to Rome. The transit was reliable - the bus was always on time. Google the bus line - “Schiaffini” - for the timetables, but it usually lines up with the trains. It leaves approximately every 30 minutes from the Piazza del Molo. You pay on the bus. For our days we did not go into Rome, we spent in Anguillara. It is a beautiful town! We are American and the locals were welcoming. There are lots of visitors but most seemed Italian. There were events and festivals nearly every weekend. The beach is easy to get to and the water was wonderful. There are about 4 bars (coffee shops) and 15 restaurants in a 5 minute walk.
