The tourist tax of 2.4 euros per person per night is included in the price. On over 70m2, the holiday apartment offers everything you need. It has a bedroom with a large bed (200cm x 200cm), a sofa bed (160cm x190cm) in the living area, an open kitchen with dining area, fireplace, a bathroom with bathtub and shower and a separate toilet. Thanks to the pull-out sofa bed in the living area, the holiday apartment can accommodate 4 people. From a spacious terrace you have a wonderful view of the Traunstein, Traunsee and the surrounding mountains. The holiday apartment is surrounded by greenery and is the perfect starting point for excursions in the Salzkammergut. Important: - The nearest supermarket is 3 kilometers away. - The house is located on a mountain at an altitude of 500 meters and can only be reached by car. - Me and my children live on the floor above the holiday apartment. - I own a dog, but it is child-friendly. -For the city of Altmünster, a tourism expense of 2.40 euros per night and person is paid, which is already included in the price and is not charged additionally. -Cleaning costs are included in the price

Loft in the studio This stylish, cosy loft in Etienne's studio is located on the edge of the forest outside Bad Ischl in the Salzkammergut region. Art and nature lovers will find plenty to enjoy here. Get up close and personal with the artist Etienne, who paints on the ground floor of the studio. The view of the picturesque mountain scenery is breathtaking. From the terrace on the east side, you can enjoy the morning sun over breakfast and have a wonderful view of the garden, which features a pond and a BBQ area.

The vacation home "Strickerl" is located in one of the most beautiful hiking areas in the world, in the Salzkammergut. We are located at an altitude of approx. 880 meters, which makes our guests immediately feel the alpine feeling. With us you have the opportunity to enjoy relaxation & the Austrian idyll. In a beautiful, quiet location on the eastern Traunsee shore is this cozy apartment with fantastic lake views, perfect for those seeking relaxation and active vacationers. A small public swimming area is a 4-minute walk away. Hiking and cycling trails are right at your doorstep, and the valley station of the Grünberg cable car can be reached in a 10-minute walk. The city center can be reached in about 25 minutes on foot or a few minutes by bike via a beautiful path along the lake.

The lovingly designed, original house offers a beautiful view of Lake Traunsee and Traunstein, and a flower-filled garden. The cottage is about 800 meters from Lake Traunsee and 500 meters from the town center, it offers great flexibility to see the Salzkammergut on foot. Ski areas such as Feuerkogel or Hocklecken are only a few minutes' drive from the property.

Welcome to the newly built Traumseelodge on the eastern shore of Lake Traunsee! Our apartment can accommodate up to 4 people and has a breathtaking view of Lake Traunsee and Traunstein. It is located in the middle of nature, in the most beautiful place on the lake for us, behind the Hoisn Inn. It has a bedroom, a living room with a sofa bed, a bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen and a private terrace. Enjoy the lake view from every (!) corner in the apartment.

Open apartment (105m²) not far from the shore of the Traunsee (300m), with a fantastic view of the lake and the surrounding mountains. The apartment is on the first floor, with its own entrance. There are two bedrooms with double beds, a bathroom with shower and toilet and another toilet, a large kitchen with dining area and living room with TV. Two balconies allow a great view. Parking is available in the carport on the property.

It has been redesigned and has a wonderful rustic charm without being overloaded. Please note: the house has no direct access. You go up some steps and along a 200-metre path to the house. You can park on the street. You have to be a good walker!
