There will be no other guests or landlord during your period of stay. The city center and the lake are about 8 minutes walking distance from the house on a steep walking trail. NO ROAD ACCESS TO THE HOUSE!

The house is about 500 years old, is idyllically located on the creek and has a great view of Lake Traunsee. The newly renovated ground floor of the house is exclusively rented. Hiking, walking, enjoying nature and animals and swimming at the swimming spot (400 m). 6 km away is the Feuerkogel, a small ski and hiking area. The chickens outside the door lay large organic eggs . The neighbor's bioshoes graze in our meadows. Two, max. four guest eBikes can be rented.
