Guests appreciate the peaceful surroundings and the short walk to the lake. Perfect for relaxing and exploring the beautiful Salzkammergut region, ideal for hiking and swimming. The apartment is on the ground floor with its own entrance, so there are no stairs. Private parking is next to the apartment, and guests can enjoy a small garden arbor.

In the immediate vicinity (about 200 to 300 m) separated only by the waterfront road, there are two public swimming facilities that can be reached on foot or by bike. A highlight is the outdoor kitchen with barbecue - ideal for cozy BBQ evenings. Just 500 m away is a free lake access with changing rooms and toilets exclusively for our guests. You can also borrow two bicycles for free to actively explore the surrounding area.

Parking is available in the carport on the property.
