Loft in the studio This stylish, cosy loft in Etienne's studio is located on the edge of the forest outside Bad Ischl in the Salzkammergut region. Art and nature lovers will find plenty to enjoy here. Get up close and personal with the artist Etienne, who paints on the ground floor of the studio. The view of the picturesque mountain scenery is breathtaking. From the terrace on the east side, you can enjoy the morning sun over breakfast and have a wonderful view of the garden, which features a pond and a BBQ area.

We are located at an altitude of approx. 880 meters, which makes our guests immediately feel the alpine feeling. With us you have the opportunity to enjoy relaxation & the Austrian idyll. Greetings from beautiful Gmunden! Our house is very central. The house has two separate apartments. The Airbnb apartment has a large garden, two bedrooms, bathroom incl. There is a possibility to park the car in front of the house for free. From us, the public transport, the city center, great restaurants and our beautiful Traunsee (10 min walk) are away. In summer with a bikini and in winter with skis, everything is easily accessible. We look forward to it! Family Kaya
