The apartment is 120 m² and offers a small garden which is completely fenced and therefore also suitable for dogs. Infrared cabin from Physiotherm and a sauna. On the second floor is a bedroom with a double bed. The second bedroom is on the ground floor and offers two single beds. From this centrally located place you are 5 minutes from Grünau im Almtal and 15 minutes from Gmunden. Walk to the supermarket in 2 minutes and to the Almfluss in 5 minutes.

Our vacation home on the southern slope is located in the heart of Grundlsee overlooking Lake Grundlsee and the surrounding mountains and can accommodate 5 people.  It was lovingly renovated in early 2022 and consists of a cozy stone pine room with a tiled stove, a fully equipped  kitchen, a bathroom with a bathtub, shower and  a separate  toilet. On the 1st floor there are 3 bedrooms and a separate toilet.

An apartment with charm in an idyllic location on the southern shore of Lake Traun. The villa dates back to the 19th century and has been renovated by us with much love and made into something special. The style of that time has been preserved And an extraordinary place of rest & relaxation has been created. The garden with plenty of seating invites you to linger and relax.

Our vacation home with sauna and hot tub is located in beautiful Gosau am Dachstein in Upper Austria. The entire width of the living room is glazed and offers a stunning view of the Gosaukamm. The discreet kitchen in the living room has everything you need for cooking. The spacious bedroom can accommodate 2 adults and 2 children.

Our house 7 is quietly located in the beautiful Salzkammergut in the municipality of Bad Mitterndorf in the village of Kainisch on a sunny hillside and is an ideal base for all sports and nature enthusiasts all year round. In winter, you will find ideal conditions for all winter sports in our snow-safe region.
