The charming house is conveniently located in the historic part of the village, situated above the lake side road, offering breathtaking views. Due to its location, the apartment is only accessible via STAIRS, and is therefore not suitable for a wheelchair! It is a non-smoking house. Pets are not allowed. NOT SUITED for CHILDREN!

Romantic little hut right on the edge of the forest with in-house sheep. PURE Austrian feeling! Come with a whole group or as a couple and enjoy the silence. We intentionally do without Wi-Fi TV and the like. At the large gravel parking lot in front of the cabin, you can make a campfire and grill with our tripod with grill grate. Then fall asleep to the soothing sound of the stream.

You will live in a spacious 80 m² apartment on the 2nd floor of a 700-year-old mill. Behind the house there is a stream, where you can relax wonderfully on the house's own terrace. The beautiful Alm river, with drinking water quality, is only 80 m away. Due to the central location of Vorchdorf, you can reach all the sights of the Salzkammergut in a relatively short time.
