Welcome to a peaceful stay in my cozy two-room apartment! You will live in your own house, my annex, with access to your own patio. In front of the house there is a green area, you wake up to birds chirping every morning. Quiet and comfortable in a cul-de-sac. The apartment consists of a living room, kitchenette, furnished corridor, bedroom with a couple of beds (they can be attached together) upstairs. Toilet, shower room, sauna, hall and laundry room on the lower floor. There is a small fridge, a couple of hotplates, microwave and coffee maker.

Cabin located one kilometer from a really nice sandy beach with jetty. Close to Bedinge and Abbekås golf course. Bike path to Ystad and Trelleborg. 4-5 restaurants within a 5-6km radius, as well as grocery stores. The cabin has two double beds, TV room as well as simpler kitchen with fridge, stove top and oven,. Toilet with shower cabin. Terrace with outdoor furniture and barbecue. Bed linens and towels are not included in the rent. Located in a free location on the Skåne plains next to our own house. Nearby, our horses roam the meadow.

Adjacent to a classic beautiful Skånelänga is this newly renovated guesthouse, which houses a small kitchenette, beds for four, toilet, shower and the opportunity to swim in a wood-burning sauna. To the guest house there are two separate entrances. In Skivarps village there is a restaurant within walking distance. 4 km away there is one of Skåne's finest beaches, Mossbystrand. At the same distance you will find Abbekås with the possibility of a brew bath and Bongska house, restaurant, café and bakery, dogs are welcome in.

In few square meters we have created a smart and modern compact living where we take care of each square meter. There is the possibility to take walks in a rural setting or just take it easy on the private patio (40 m2) with its own hot tub. The accommodation - Hyllie station (where Emporia shopping center is located) it takes 12 minutes by bus. Hyllie station - Copenhagen center takes it 28 min by train.

This is a remote place for nature lovers or to stress down! Situated in the middle of a nature reserve, the guest house is at the edge of a forest and offers a view into the valley. You can experience the sound of silence, the whistle of birds of pray and the cry of the owl at night. The reserve is known for its large variety of wild life including eagles and some rare frog species. At night the stars are visible from your window. The nearest shop is 7 km away, 2 km to the next bus station.

The house hosts 6 guests comfortably in 2 bed rooms, and has got all facilities like dishwasher, washing machine, fully equipped kitchen, TV, wifi (fiber) and a large garden with a grill for barbecue. Guests bring bedlinen (sheets, duvet covers, pillow cases) and towels. Guests clean at checkout.

The Cottage in nature with a wood-fired sauna

The house is 75sqm with kitchen, living room, two bedrooms, bathroom, glassed-in, insulated porch with separate study corner, located on a 1500sqm detached forest plot, with a private access road. Outside the veranda is a spacious wooden deck. The tap water tastes good and is of very good quality. A wood-burning sauna is in a separate sauna cabin. It is not allowed to smoke indoors or bring pets.

Summer apartment

Guest house in free, rural and quiet location on Skåne's wonderful south coast. The house is located 2 km from the sea and it is 4 km to the swimming area with swimming jetty. Restaurant and grocery store within 4 km. Proximity to golf courses and fishing. The guesthouse shares a courtyard with the apartment building, but garden and large patio deck may be used freely.
