Welcome to rent our nice apartment in the annex. The apartment is located in the old stable building that belongs to the original farm. We offer modern accommodation in a renovated apartment from 2017, with its own entrance. Experience the beauty and light of beautiful Österlen. The farm is located in a quiet and pleasant part of Tomelilla, in the middle of Österlen. Close to train/bus station, about a 10-minute walk. Proximity to nature with the nature reserve Fyledalen a mile away with a fantastic nature and a rich wildlife.

To the north you take the wonderful boardwalk in Carl von Linnaeus's footsteps towards the fishing community Vik. Proximity to fantastic sandy beaches and all the small gems that Österlen can offer. Dino Gården är belägen långt in i ett fantastiskt Naturskyddsområde på vackra Österlen i Fyledalen där endast naturens tystnad märker ut sig tillsammans med fantastiska Kronhjortar utanför och även innanför tomtgränsen. Ett fantastiskt rikt fågelliv som Kungsörn och Glador som förgyller vår vackra natur och himmel. Otroliga soluppgångar och solnedgångar som hänför och överraskar. Varmt välkomna!🤗

Pentry med två kokplattor, microugn, kaffebryggare, kyl och frysskåp. Liten matplats, två fåtöljer, TV, Wi-Fi. Badrum med dusch o wc. Stor terrass, gasolgrill. Huset ligger mitt i kustbyn Svarte, ca 6 km till Ystad dit du lätt kör med bil eller cyklar längs havet. Busshållplats och tågstation med goda kommunikationer.

Welcome to a newly renovated guest house located near the golf course and padelhall & close to everything that Österlen has to offer. 2km to the nearest train & bus station. 20 min to the nearest beach. The guest house offers a complete kitchen, livingroom/bedroom and separate bathroom. From the living room, you come directly out to the private deck, which has sun throughout the day. Grill available. On the golf course there is a restaurant that has both breakfast, lunch and evening service.

In this scenic location in Österlen, you will find Nedrabygård, which has 2 Glamping tents right next to the sheepfold and pigsty. Here, the Nybroån also winds its way, where there is the possibility of fishing. Living in tents with comfortable beds, fresh air in this quiet harmonious environment gives peace of mind. Welcome to our little oasis on the edge of Österlen - right in the center of Tomelilla. The house is located a stone's throw from the city square, almost opposite the Hasse & Tage museum. Walking distance to restaurants, grocery stores, train station and cafes, and at the same time in a place that gives access to the whole of Österlen by car. A completely private house with a private garden where you can be left alone and at the same time hear the city's sounds around you.

Cozy cottage with a private garden in wonderful Nybrostrand outside Ystad. The cottage is 69 sqm and has 2 bedrooms and a larger living room with fireplace. Large and spacious kitchen and laundry room with washing machine. A 5-minute walk takes you to the beach where you can enjoy fantastic views of Hammars hills and Ystad. In the area, there is also access to a shop, pizzeria, outdoor swimming, Ystad golf club, etc. 150 meters to the bus stop towards Ystad or Simrishamn.
