Wow! The best stay of our trip! Carolina is an absolute delight and went out of her way to organize a pizza making class for us and gave us phenomenal local recommendations. The space is beautiful, peaceful, and historic and the sights around the area were spectacular. Carolina even shared the very cool history and renovation process of the property with us. I would highly recommend this property!

Alessandro is a very nice and thoughtful host. The place and the view is great. It has everything you need for your trip (probably best for couples or on your own). Having a car is almost non negotiable but that also makes it very calm and quiet. Groceries and some great ice cream are close by. Can only recommend!

Adelaide’s place is very peaceful -- you can hear the birds chirping in the garden and there's a comfortable hammock a few steps from the front door and an outdoor shower nearby -- and yet it's only a few minutes from Atigliano. Important for me: Adelaide is a dog lover and was very kind and helpful with my dog, Mocha. The only small drawback is that the indoor shower is tiny. I'm tall with an average build and could hardly fit in it. But the lovely outdoor shower (which provides privacy) made up for it and is a treat on a hot day.

Sara and Salvatore's place is a jewel with every detail. We really appreciated all the little attention given to their guests. The view is incredible and has priceless tranquility. Hosts are available. We hope to be back very soon!

Pictures don’t do the property and spectacular view justice. We had an amazing family holiday, our host couldn’t have been more accommodating, even leaving us kind gifts. Location was perfect (close enough to town and the airport but feeling secluded), having a bathroom each was great, and again that view was stunning. It all made for a perfect family trip :)

We had a wonderful time in this absolutely cute house, which is surrounded by breathtaking nature. The tranquility is unique – you can only hear the chirping of the birds, and every now and then deer appear at the edge of the forest. Simply magical! The pool was well maintained and you had real peace. A real highlight for us was the kitchen: so lovingly furnished and exceptionally well equipped - we have never experienced anything like it! The gas stove and the high-quality oven have made cooking a pleasure. Host Diego was incredibly friendly, attentive and warm. You immediately feel welcome and well cared for. A perfect retreat for those who appreciate nature, tranquility and loving details.

Welcome home!! From the beginning, we felt so incredibly comfortable! Daniele welcomed us warmly, there was olive oil and wine as a welcome gift!! The location is an absolute dream. Far from mass tourism, this gem is nestled between vineyards and olive groves. We enjoyed the peace and quiet so much, the icing on the cake was the pool in the hot temperatures! La Bulletta is the ideal starting point to explore the beautiful Umbria. An absolute plus is the water pressure;) I have thick long hair and it has never been so beautiful and easy to wash, better than at home!!! Thanks to Daniele, his sister and the incredibly adorable parents for 7 days of absolute rest and relaxation away from everyday life. We'll be back, for sure

We loved our stay at Marco’s. The cottage, pool, location were wonderful and the views amazing. Perfect way to end our vacation. Very thoughtful with snacks and drinks provided. .

Daniela was very kind and very helpful as well as being a serious and professional host. The apartment is clean, well furnished and well equipped with everything you need. The location is perfect for reaching the main attractions of the area, which are really numerous. A special mention should be made of the outdoor area, which is very well equipped and ideal for an afternoon nap after sightseeing. We would like to thank Daniela again for her exquisite hospitality in the hope of being able to return soon to visit these beautiful places.

Giuseppina has beautifully renovated her birthplace in typical Umbro style. There are several options, varying from the number of guests who wish to book. We had booked the so-called podere il limonaia ourselves. Perfect for a couple. Everything was there and when she heard that our children were coming to barbecue, suddenly there were more chairs, tables and even a long tablecloth in the garden. This is how it turned into a fun BBQ. The garden and lawn are well maintained with roses, lavender, rosemary, fragrant jasmine, olive trees and a walnut tree. The waste is neatly separated and a code opens the gate. A private car park within the grounds ensures you a safe place. You can walk or use the available bicycles to get to the fishing village of San Feliciano. There are several restaurants and a recommendation for breakfast in the morning or later for aperitifs at the lake and among the Italians is: el chiosco. The sunset is fantastic

Agnes farmhouse apartment was fabulous. We loved our stay there. Really beautifully decorated in the farm style. Lots of outdoor tables to sit on and relax. Great kitchen, beds were comfy, everything was just fabulous. Agnese was a great host and made sure our check in was smooth and our stay was pleasant. It was easy to find on the satnav and a really short drive to the top of Assisi. I’d highly recommend this accommodation to any one exploring the wonders of Assisi.

Excellent choice for a weekend out of town, the view and sunsets on the lake were the icing on the cake. Riccardo is super helpful and very friendly; we were also greeted with a jar of honey as a welcome. The apartment exactly as I expected, clean and everything very tidy. I'll definitely be back.

Had to leave early and I totally am bummed about it. That's how nice this place was. I was only really there for 1 night (most of it sleeping) out of the 2 days we had planned. Within in the that time I found the place to be extremely peaceful and serene. If have time to come back, I would easily book.

Ornella super host, always kind and caring, ready to meet all needs. We went to this apartment (perfect for 4 as two even separate couples who want their separate spaces) and although the renovation was not 100%, the house was extremely cozy.

Nicolina was a joy to deal with, so welcoming and very flexible with the checkout time, delicious home made tart on arrival. Everything was spotlessly clean and the views are amazing (in any weather!). Great private parking and the bonus of a washing machine. We ate all our meals on the patio, the clear screens offer great protection from either the cool evenings or the odd insect. Grazie mille Nicolina.

Beautiful villa with a breathtaking view of the valley. Quiet and comfortable even during business days, beautiful large garden and easily usable with magnificent plants! Contacts with the owners have always been very quick and courteous, ready to meet any questions or needs. Great vacation!

Loris was an excellent host, very friendly and helpful. The location and accommodation was very beautiful, we loved it and our dog loved it too. We would definitely like to go back someday.

this place is really a hidden gem. it's on the top of a mountain, very private, very quiet. the house itself is very clean, very well equiped and even better then in the pictures. if you are looking for rest, peace and quiet, go there. the pool, the garden, the terasses, are perfect. Also valentina and family are extremely friendly and fast to help with anything. would definitly recomend

A charming quiet place surrounded by nature. Suitable for those like us who need to get away from daily stress. A clean, tidy environment inside with care x every detail of the house. Outside with a manicured garden on every corner and in the pool. Mr. Giorgio, very friendly and helpful, made us feel at home. We spent a week in total peace. I highly recommend it
