Everything is very good, close to the square, quiet and comfortable, the space is clean, suitable for two people, the host is very enthusiastic, will come again next time.

Such a beautiful, peaceful place to spend a few days! It was central to many tours and activities, great for exploring! Luca was a wonderful host and ensured we were happy and had everything we needed. The restaurant was great! I can’t think of anything that would have made our stay better! From a well-equipped kitchen to cozy, tastefully decorated living spaces, everything was thoughtfully arranged to make us feel right at home. But what truly sets Casale Zeno apart is the warmth and hospitality of Tony and Jo. They went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect—welcoming, helpful, and genuinely lovely people who made us feel like part of the family. Whether you’re lounging by the magnificent pool, exploring the nearby towns, or simply enjoying a quiet evening on the terrace with a glass of wine, Casale Zeno is the perfect Umbrian stay.

Luca is an amazing host! He is super friendly and responsive. His apartment is in a very good and peaceful place. The view is just amazing. Highly recommended!

Kerstin is a great host, super helpful, hospitable and very kind. His place is really formidable, very central, convenient to reach, free parking within walking distance. The light that floods the apartment and the tranquility of the area are magnificent. We want to leave now and spend another weekend in Tuscania. We'll be back soon 💜

We loved our stay. The hosts were lovely and so helpful. The apartment was better than it looks in the photos. It was comfortable and very well equipped. The location was perfect. We could park at the property, but walk through the gates into the historic centre of Spello in a matter of minutes. The apartment and the hosts are highly recommended.

Great stay, beautiful view!

My sister and I absolutely loved Stefania’s gorgeous apartment! It’s a pretty, central location in the old historic walls of Spello…and so charming in every way! We’ve never had a stay where absolutely everything has been thought of, and so many lovely fresh supplies provided. Stefania supplied everything from sparkling water, fresh fruit, pastries and biscuits, coffee and tea…as well as cereal, juice and yoghurt! You could happily have breakfast in the apartment…the supplies were just SO generous! The bedrooms were both very spacious, with beautiful bed linens and furnishings throughout. Great Airconditioning, although it was barely needed with the cool temp in the apartment…and having a washing machine and drying area let us catch upon our travel washing. Stefania went to a lot of trouble to give us recommendations (and directions) for local bars and restaurants, and was just a fabulous host all around! We’ll definitely be back again!!

We had a wonderful stay, we even decided to extend! Francesca was lovely and super helpful, she gave us lots of recommendations for the area as well as the rest of our trip. She even helped us book a place at restaurants in the area. The kitchen was great for making breakfast in the morning. We felt right at home and had a great stay!

Perfect stay in the heart of Terni! The apartment is complete with everything you need, with a well-equipped kitchen, clean and comfortable rooms, and air conditioning that made the stay even more enjoyable. The location is truly ideal: right in the centre, perfect for getting around comfortably on foot and discovering the city. Thanks to the host, always available and super kind! He welcomed us with great attention and gave us lots of useful tips on restaurants, bars and places not to be missed. Great experience, absolutely satisfied!

Very comfortable accommodations and gorgeous property and views

I had a wonderful stay at Cristina’s place! Cristina was an incredibly friendly and helpful host — she made me feel very welcome and was always available if I needed anything. The place was spotless, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location is also perfect — very central and close to everything I needed. I truly appreciate Cristina’s warm hospitality and support during my stay. Highly recommended!

The property was immaculate and beautifully furnished. A tranquil setting and a great base to explore the delights of Umbria. Rita was always quick to respond to any queries and recommended some super places to visit and eat!

We had a fantastic week at Argena. The views from the terrace are some of the most incredible we’ve ever seen in Tuscany - truly mesmerizing. Vincent was a wonderful host - from greeting us with drinks, giving us local recommendations to showing us the nearby forest lake where you can swim and kayak (a thoroughly memorable afternoon), he really went over and above. The apartment is tastefully decorated, well equipped and good value. As well as Lucignano which is lovely, it is well situated to visit Arezzo - great for shopping, Siena, Montepulciano and Florence. A brilliant find!

Rita was very welcoming! We do not speak Italian and Rita speaks very little English but she was so welcoming and the place was wonderful! She made sure we felt at home! Peaceful place to sleep and the view was wonderful! She also gave us a welcome basket with her olive oil from her farm! The price of the Airbnb is very reasonable, but she does charge a small fee if you use the ac/heater. We came at a perfect time of year and didn’t have to use it!

It was a real pleasure of staying at this wonderful and authentic place! The warm welcome we received made us feel right at home, and the Italian coziness of the space, created by Aldo and his wife, added a special charm that made the stay even more memorable. The accommodation itself was spotless and well-maintained, reflecting a high level of care and attention to detail. We really enjoyed our stay! Emanuele and Angela were very kind and replied to any question very quickly. The place is perfect to relax and take day-trips to nearby towns such as Cortona, Pienza, Montalcino and Montepulciano. We enjoyed the pool after big days of visiting the surroundings during very hot days. I recommend it to anyone who wants a mix of visiting and relaxing! :)

Absolutely recommend the stay here! The property is even more beautiful in person than in the photos and the hosts hospitality is incredible! Still can’t believe we got this incredible experience for a very reasonable price. The location is perfect for exploring Val D’orcia and at the same time very peaceful and secluded. Property is amazing, host so friendly and helpful… Honestly we spent very little time on the property as we were exploring so much of Tuscany during our stay with the lovely location as our home base. But it was so beautiful to wake to every day and come “home” to late every evening :) During our 6 days, we explored Florence, hung out in Siena, hiked Chianti trails, visiting all over from Monteriggioni to San Gimignano to Volterra… and throughout Val d’Orcia from Montepulciano to Pienza , Pitigliano to Serano… and north to Lucca & Pisa.
