When booking from 2 adults, you have private use of two rooms with private bathroom and separate toilet. Very child friendly. Enjoy our garden as well. You have your own parking, entrance, small kitchen, living room, toilet, shower, two bedrooms and garden with terrace.

Hoeve Coudewater is a very spacious contemporary vacation rental with private entrance and was recently renovated in part of a long facade farm, where once the cowshed and hayloft was. The living area has an entrance on the ground floor, a fully furnished kitchen, a dining area and a seating area overlooking the cow pasture. In addition, there are two separate terraces in your own garden. Upstairs sits the bathroom and the very large bedroom with "walk-in closet".

The guest suite is located in the backyard of our plot, and can be reached via a side gate of our house. The studio has 2 single beds (80-200) and a cozy seating area with 2 chairs. TV available. There is a kitchenette with a microwave, Nespresso machine, kettle and fridge. It is not possible to cook extensively. There is a small dining table with 2 chairs. In front of the Guesthouse, you have a small outdoor terrace with 2 seats.
