A lovely, quiet house with a wonderful little garden!

My lovely house is in a quiet neighbourhood. Close to the city centre, the Efteling, Loon and Drunen dunes and the Beekse Bergen! Central Station is easy to reach, and you can also get there on foot within 15 minutes. Around the corner, you will find a bakery, a chip shop and an ice cream parlour. Home delivery and Uber are doing well, and supermarkets are close by. Paid parking at the door (€1 per hour from 9 am to 10 pm) or €10 per day at my place. In addition to a football cage, there are playgrounds and a supermarket. The house has a cozy front and back garden and has 3 bedrooms: a bedroom with a double bed, a children's room with a single bed and a room with a double sofa bed. There is also an extra mattress that can be placed on the floor.
