it's a place in good fantastic season. the vision of the lake every day is a living picture. Swim there without a wow crowd. 2 good restaurants. the famous nets of perch of the lake, with a view of a treat. small town where it's nice to stay. there are lots of beautiful discoveries around the France or Switzerland side.

Everything was perfect in the accommodation, ( there is nothing missing, there is Everything ) just like the small exchanges we were able to have with the owners. Ideal place to relax and explore the surroundings.

We had a great time! The apartment was perfectly in line with the listing, very clean, well-equipped and functional. Everything went very well from start to finish, without any problems. excellent stay in this nice little studio decorated and equipped with care. all comforts close to the lake, mountains and very quiet and well insulated despite its direct proximity to the road! We highly recommend it!

We came along the path with the motorcycles, and we were already greeted in a friendly manner. A briefing followed. The rooms integrated into the house are very quiet, bright and cosily furnished. Several doors separate the clean bathroom and the family's storage room, where cleaning supplies and the washing machine are located. In the evening, you can fold out the sofa bed and fall into bed. In the courtyard, you can sit comfortably with a glass of wine and enjoy part of the garden. We felt comfortable and enjoyed the tranquility.

very good stay. Communication with Laurence was smooth from the start. Check-in is very pleasant, all the information is given to make sure it goes smoothly whatever our method of arrival (car = cheap parking trick right next door, train = train station right next door). Location. The apartment is very nice, very clean, very well equipped. Note that the bedroom does not have a window to the outside and therefore benefits from daylight via a canopy on the living room. Therefore, if someone wants to sleep while someone else is in the living room, you can't be completely isolated from the light. Anyway, we loved it and it made us want to come back longer to enjoy the area. We will not hesitate to return to this rental!

Our stay in Evian was heaven. Conveniently located, great restaurants nearby, close to the ferry, funicular, bus, and tourist information. I can't think of a better location! Strolling along the Lac Leman walk was so enjoyable and there is so much to do, nearby. We'll return for sure! Thank you so much, Ben!

We had a fantastic 5 night stay at Michel’s apartment in Thonon-les-Bains. The apartment was spotless, and Michel gave us a detailed tour of the facilities and many recommendations for local sites to visit. The apartment was spacious and well equipped. For three old bikers it was perfect for touring the amazing Alpine roads. We would definitely stay again and wish Michel all the best for the future.
