Welcome to this cozy, peaceful, and central accommodation! 5 minutes from the main street of the city center and a few minutes from the lake, in a quiet area and a very well-maintained building, you will feel at home in this beautiful studio. This accommodation measures 32 m², and it has a separate kitchen and a 160 X 200 cm bed. It was recently refurbished. It is perfectly suited for a couple of tourists or young parents with a baby, and ideally located for a temporary worker in Switzerland.

Beautiful apartment on the 2nd floor of the "Hôtel du Parc" residence with stunning views of Lake Geneva. This building, now a private residence, is linked to several highlights of 20th century history. It was at the Hôtel du Parc that the negotiations for the resolution of the Algerian conflict took place and which led, on March 18, 1962, to the signing of the Evian Accords. You can walk freely in the beautiful private park directly overlooking the marina.
