Sebastien responded quickly to our messages, communication was easy, not complicated and friendly, we felt comfortable. The cottage was as described, clean, very, very well-equipped (better than described), the view was magnificent, and the sauna and jacuzzi were great. In short, a lovely vacation for us.

It was a beautiful stay, picture perfect in an alpine setting. The house is decorated beautifully, true to the region. It has all the essentials including a functioning kitchen. Highly recommend it!

We had a great time staying with Isabelle and her husband. In particular, she offers local meals for the evening at very reasonable rates and it was delicious! The place is quiet, the bedding is very comfortable. The accommodation contains everything you need to arrive with suitcases and rest directly. Really great! Recommended +++!

We had a lovely stay at Patricia's. The photos don't do it justice. It is a really beautiful, modern apartment, in a really peaceful area. It is about 25 minutes walk to the old town or a short taxi ride. Patricia was a brilliant host.

Magalie's house was in a very nice location, you wake up with the lake view, in the forest, with the sounds of birds. At the same time, it is close to the markets. Of course, you will need a car. I didn't try, but it must be difficult to get around without a car. The house was small, but clean. When Magalie's house was ready, she immediately sent a message. Two hours before check-in. Thank you very much.

Stunning AirBnB and wonderful hosts. The accommodation is very high standard, from the furniture to the comfy beds, great showers, and the stunning outside space - pool and decking was a brilliant place to relax in the evening. The hosts, Eric and Stephanie are truly lovely people, very friendly and helpful without being intrusive. Very kind with our dog aswell. Such a treat to come to somewhere like this and be able to bring our dog. The area is a small village between the mountains and lake. You need a car, but nothing is too far. Would recommend the restaurant in the village and the grocery store, bakery and cheese shop in the next village. If near Annecy again, I would definitely book this accommodation. 5 stars!

We had a wonderful 8 vacation days in this home with my husband and our dog, and the experience was really great. The stay was very comfortable, with all the amenities we needed to feel at home. The location is perfect, as it is in a well-connected place and close to places of interest, which made our hikes and walks much easier. Also, the views from the place are simply gorgeous, which made every sunrise and sunset even more special. I would definitely recommend this place to those looking for a comfortable, well located place with breathtaking views to enjoy an unforgettable vacation.

Restaurants and activities are nearby, the lake is right next door!!! Evian is a very pleasant city 2 steps from Switzerland. Everything was perfect! We recommend it!

If you are looking in the area, go with your eyes closed to Clarisse and Sébastien. You will have all the appliances very clean as well as the apartment, including the comfort of the bedding. A quiet sheltered balcony if you do not want to go out because in this accommodation you will be fine. A plus that is not negligible is the garage closed at _ 0. The security of the car but also of the apartment in the residence which is of a comfort and a calm assured. The availability of the hosts is exceptional, the exchange with them was great. Close to shops, the lake, the mountains you cannot get bored, if you need to do a cure you are 50 metres away. Have a good stay.
