Bright large studio in a quiet neighbourhood and central location. Within 10min walking distance you'll find groceries stores, train station, restaurants and city center. The apartment is perfect for a max. 6 person group. The fully equipped kitchen, living and working space as well as the wonderful terrace make it an excellent choice for longer stays. There are sleeping accommodations for up to 4 people - but it is ideal for 2-3 people. The apartment has almost 40 m² of very clean living space: dining-living room (with spacious, fully equipped kitchenette), bedroom (with wide double bed and new mattresses), private bathroom with natural light, south-facing balcony, private parking.

Just a 3-minute walk to the Nordkette cable car into the city center or to the Nordkette ski and snowboard area and the Nordkette Singletrail (one of the most challenging trails in Europe). Also just a 3-minute walk to the bus to the city center and the Patscherkofel ski area. It's an ideal starting point for hiking, skiing, snowboarding, mountain biking, and exploring the city.

Not far away there is the possibility to end the day culinarily in the Wellnesshotel Rettenberg.
