Das abgeschlossene 2-4 Personen Appartement befindet sich im Dachgeschoß eines idyllisch gelegenen & geschmackvoll eingerichteten Einfamilienhauses in der Tiroler Gemeinde Zirl. Das hochwertig konzipierte Architektenhaus wurde vor 14 Jahren errichtet und verfügt über einen kleinen Garten mit eigenem Bereich für die Gäste. Das Appartment wird über einen gemeinsamen Eingang erreicht und besteht aus einem Wohnraum mit Küche und Essbereich, 1-2 Schlafräumen und einem Bad mit Dusche/Waschtrockner.

Located in Mils (15 km from Innsbruck), this beautiful Tyrolean farmhouse is around 650 years old. From the outside, the listed historic building has a romantic appearance, while the mountain panorama in the background makes this charming property truly eye-catching. Inside, on the ground floor, you will find a modern 75 m² apartment, fully renovated in 2015, as well as an approx. 20 m² terrace. This unique accommodation combines the charm of a historic farmhouse with a modern interior.

So close to the city and yet in the middle of nature! 2-room basement apartment (eat-in kitchen with pull-out day bed, bedroom with water bed), of course with bathroom, toilet and private entrance. The landlady lives in the same house. The optimal location at the idyllic nature reserve "Völsersee" also convinces with its close location to the varied city life of Innsbruck. If you feel comfortable in the mountains and nature, but do not want to miss the city, this is the place to be.

Bright large studio in a quiet neighbourhood and central location. Within 10min walking distance you'll find groceries stores, train station, restaurants and city center. The apartment is perfect for a max. 6 person group. The fully equipped kitchen, living and working space as well as the wonderful terrace make it an excellent choice for longer stays. Explore Innsbruck from it's historic center, everything is close by, the Golden Roof, shopping at Maria Theresien-Strasse, the Imperial Palace... Have the best cake at the traditional Café Munding that is just across the street. In Winter the beautiful Kiebachgasse turns into a Fairytale Museum where you can meet all your favourite Grimm characters.

The balcony overlooks the Karwendel Mountains to the south, the Wetterstein Mountains to the southwest and the Krottenkopf to the west.
