Our family had a great stay at RJ’s place! There were so many games and activities for us to do, we were never bored. There were a few small things that we brought up to RJ and she was so responsive and attentive to our needs to make sure we had a great stay. We loved it!

This beach house was amazing! The location was perfect, just 2 min close to the beach. The place was super clean and had everything we needed. We loved grilling out on the deck and watching the sunset. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing beach getaway.

Everything about our stay was outstanding. The house is in a great location for a quiet getaway, but close to New Braunfels, San Antonio, Fredericksburg, Gruene, etc. for fun activities and dining. The house was perfect for our group of five adults. The balcony views of the hill country, especially at sunset was a highlight. Our hosts did everything to make us feel like welcome guests in their home.

Perfect for viewing the eclipse.

This home was beautiful and spacious. We enjoyed sitting on the porch swing telling family stories and walking to the beach. The kitchen had everything we needed to make family meals and the table was big enough for all eight of us. There were beach toys and games. Best family vacation ever!

Perfect place for a 4 day weekend for us and our corgis (fenced in yard). Very walkable to town yet situated on a quiet, low-traffic street. Alpine is such a great place in Texas to get away from the heat and humidity of the Austin area and we will definitely be back to the Bottle house!

We had a great visit at Guadalupe's home. Very organized and cozy. We loved the screened in porch with speakers.

La Casa Verde was such a beautiful home!! Everything was so clean and very well organized. Our family had a wonderful time. The hosts were extremely helpful and made us feel welcomed.

Very clean & homey place. Host were very quick to respond with clear & friend responses/instructions. This location is more for if you are wanting to fish or go to the beach. Only a few restaurants around the place but it was so nice to stay there & have the quiet & private. I really appreciate host letting me & my guest have a late check out (with additional charge). Thank y’all so much for the beautiful home/stay. Definitely recommend this place & the host.

This place is a beautiful home away from home. It’s not far from your local small town but just know for peace and quiet. The host were amazing and very quick to respond and proactive on instructions. They were very friendly. Definitely would come back again

We had a great time. The home was very clean and we felt like home. The kitchen had everything you needed and then some. Lots of space. And the downstairs grilling area was awesome. Would certainly go back there and stay in the future.

Thankyou for a great stay. I needed a place while I visited family in Center Point and this was ideal. The place was bigger than I expected, appreciated the large fridge/freezer and cooking facilities. Nice seating area with huge TV! Comfortable bed, clean bathroom facilities and very big shower. As per previous reviews the river access isn’t immediately next to the property, it’s a five minute walk across the street and down a slope. The private river area is absolutely beautiful. Bring floaties, kayak, paddle board etc! Or just enjoy sitting there in the shade of the trees and enjoy the peace and quiet. Location is quiet and out of the way but handy to get to stores, ten minutes drive to the large Walmart etc. I would stay again and recommend! Thankyou.

Fantastic location right on the seawall. Quick walk to the beach and we used the pools daily. Even though there were 2 flights of stairs I loved the upper level apt. Great view of the gulf. I liked that the location was a little further west from all the excitement and activities but still close enough to get to within a few min drive. Would definitely stay again.

Danny’s place had everything we needed and more with beautiful views of the sunset over the lake and lots of space for the kids to play. We enjoyed our time very much kids all had their own space. Host was very proactive in giving us information about the area and things to do.

Our family had the best time and the location is perfect. Plenty of room for 8 adults and a one year old. Cris and Michelle were very responsive and extremely friendly. We will be back again.

Host was super helpful and accommodating! Home is clean, well thought out, modern decor, with comfortable beds and furniture. Everything needed to cook. Refrigerator is cold and makes a lot of ice. Good location in a quiet, private area. Quality stay for an affordable price. Great for our girls trip to float the river and see a concert.

This lake home is a beautiful relaxing place, **makes you wish it was your own. I’m so glad that our family was able to celebrate birthday parties, Take a couple of boat rides and fishing trips. Play with our pets and enjoy some funny movies , There were plenty of games to play and We all were very comfortable and cool with great AC as the summer heat started to show up. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need to cook a great meal or desserts, and we could all be together in that kitchen- living and dining room. Very peaceful environment mostly very quiet and we really enjoyed that part along with being able to cook at the barbecue pit or go swimming in the little beach area right there it just had all the things we needed for a great time Thank you for the ease of which we were able to rent and Amber being available within seconds of any questions I had and she even came by to check on something for us- everything was just perfect. We will stay again for sure 😊♥️

Very easy and pleasant experience staying here. Super private and beautiful views. Honestly only good things to say about the house and amenities. Hosts were kind and responsive - we didn’t have any issues but they always responded quickly to messages. Highly recommend staying here if you’re looking to stay in Bolivar.

Very clean and comfortable. The home was a wonderful place to get away and relax. The area was peaceful and very pretty. The home was wonderfully stocked and everything we needed and more! The owner was very responsive and I highly recommend!

A very nice house in the area, if you want to be in this area this is a great house. We stayed for two nights and found everything we needed and the description matches the house. The lake is what it is currently (April-25) but we knew that before booking. We wanted the area and a clean big modern house which we got. Family of four, we would definitely come back!

Beautiful home inside. Clean, beautiful bathrooms, kitchen, and the pool. The downside is the stairs everyday and especially with luggage. Its location is also far from restaurants and downtown, you spend at least 30 minutes drive to and at least 30 minutes back. Overall if you are looking to be out to pier and downtown with restaurants this might be too far and expensive stay. If you’re looking to relax and stay in place this might be pricey but perfect for seclusion.
