This is a great space for a bridal party, tasteful bachelor or bachelorette gathering, anniversary dinner, family reunion, ladies groups or birthday celebration! This is no cookie cutter house in a sea of suburbs, it's a real central Texas home full of character and charm and has been furnished exclusively for your comfort and enjoyment. House was totally remodeled in 2017 and furnished with a pleasant spa like interior. We put a lot of effort into making it clean, bright and luxurious but still comfortable and fun. Enjoy a one of a kind back yard where you can nature watch or even fish right from the creek bank. When you're next to the creek it feels like you're in the hillcountry even though you're right in the middle of downtown Round Rock! Prepare a beautiful lunch for your friends and family in the big beautiful kitchen and have lunch alfresco on the patio while enjoying the view. Maybe turn on some music, grab a glass of wine and unwind by the beautiful blue swimming pool. You may even see the local wild parrots fly by. Walk or drive to bars and restaurants from the house and enjoy delicious food, live music and locally made craft beers. Sleeps 12 comfortably or more if you utilize air mattresses & sofa beds. You will have exclusive access to the entire house and yard including the pool and patio areas. We try and provide everything you need for a comfortable stay including bath towels and beach towels, extra bedding, a fully stocked kitchen. You may host family and friends here for small events. This is really a great deal for big families and executive business travelers. You get an entire house with a private pool, yard and furnished kitchen for less than the cost of a couple hotel rooms. We offer self check in but owners live locally in town if you need assistance. Downtown Round Rock has lots of great bars & eateries. Located approx 15-20 from downtown Austin or Domain. Main Street & Downtown Round Rock is less than a mile from the house. There is also a beautiful Veteran's Park that has a playscape you can walk to 0.5 mile away. We're a 3 miles drive to Rabb House, 2.5 miles to Old Settler's Park & Dell Diamond or Dell Round Rock. There's a bus stop at the end of the street that runs between Round Rock and Austin and Uber & Lyft are available. We recently enlarged the hall bathroom door to a 32" opening to increase accessibility. Downtown Round Rock has lots of great bars & eateries. Located approx 15-20 from downtown Austin or Domain. Visitors looking for exercise or time outdoors can explore Round Rock via nearby trail system that runs along Brushy Creek.
