Cute, cute, cute!!! Every room is decorated beautifully and whimsically! My bedroom was like sleeping in my childhood bedroom…only way better!! The bathtub was big enough to stretch out in! Breakfast biscuits were flaky and delicious! Book this place!!!

We had such a great time! I lived in Germany for a short bit many years ago and this sweet cozy house reminded me of the experience. It was fun to look around at all the decor from Germany. It was nice and quiet, and just a short uber ride from town. We loved the surprise German pastries put in our room and appreciated the bottled water that we forgot to bring with us! Thank you for being such a lovely host. We’d totally visit again.

What a wonderful night's stay. The suite was simple and honestly perfect. We were surrounded by trees and right next to a very quiet piece of the riverwalk. Took only a few minutes to walk to a scooter point and scooter to our date spot. The main house is only a few steps away where cold water, coffee and tea were always available. I woke up the next morning not feeling my best so my husband was going to go pick up the breakfast for us from the main house but they ended up bring it to our door! So sweet ❤️ the french toast was phenomenal. My husband and I can't wait to come back again and next time for more than one night. Thank you for a perfect date night 🌙

This was a great bungalo. Just as descried, cozy with antique decor. The hot tub was a big hit for us. We ran the spartan race and it i=was just what we needed after a long day of exercise.

This is a small but very cozy home, the RV is super cool and very clean. But the best part is the location and the amount of space you have to just relax and look at the beautiful Brazos river flowing, lots of seating areas, grill to cook out, fire pit would be nice in cold weather. We where in Waco for work, but when off we felt like we where on vacation. I know exactly where we will stay when we are out again.

I have stayed at this same condo many times and love it! You have a beach view from the balcony and the beach is just a few steps away. The condo was very clean and perfect for me and my husband. The only thing that did not work was the sound on the TV in the living room. Otherwise everything was great and we will definitely stay here again.

John place was quite nice and cozy, and conveniently next to many local shops and things to do. I would definitely recommend to anyone who is looking for a place that has everything.

If you’re looking for a peaceful remote getaway this is definitely the place! We will absolutely be coming back!

Cynthia and her daughter Peggy are great hosts at the Ross-Carrol Bed and Breakfast. The house is full of history and well maintained. Cynthia is a friendly host and excellent cook. We really enjoyed our breakfasts she prepared each day. The rooms were very nice and comfortable beds. The location is walkable to historic downtown Brenham. Lots of local restaurants and museums to visit. Highly recommend Cynthia’s place on your visit to Brenham.

Perfect location - it was a short drive to our concert. We loved being able to walk to the downtown area - great food options & enjoyed the nearby brewery. We also enjoyed simply sitting on the front porch - we talked for hours while sitting in those rocking chairs. We would definitely rent again.

Wonderful people. They made my Christmas for myself and my kids. Warming environment, welcoming, fully accommodating. We shared amazing conversation, great breakfast, I wish I had more time to have spent there!

Really enjoyed our stay in the B&B! Host was very friendly and we found the space clean and peaceful. We stayed a Saturday night and used the gift certificate to the cafe - great food and atmosphere there.

Our stay was perfect here. Comfy beds and very clean. Love the location and we were able to walk to wineries, bars, restaurants and music venue. Will stay here again when in town.

Melissa went above and beyond as a host for our lovely stay at the Live Oak B&B. Highly-recommend and hope to visit in the near future! Hospitable, clean, comfortable, peaceful, and enchanting are words that come to mind in describing our stay here. There are restaurants and dinosaur related activities close by and plenty to do. Breakfast was delicious as well. 5-stars!!!

Sarah is the most welcoming host we’ve met! She went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Her home is beautiful and peaceful, the room is perfect- nice linens and a super comfortable bed, everything was perfectly clean. Her added thoughtful touches for snacks and breakfast were greatly appreciated. We hope to return again next year.

We lived our stay at David’s Cowboy cabin! Will for sure be booking here again for our next visit!

We had a WONDERFUL time getting out of the city. Cheryl and Randy hosted myself and a gaggle of girls, one of whom was celebrating a 16th birthday. It was perfection. They loved the pool, the baby goats, the chicken named Tom Cruise, the sunset, the school bell, the bunk room, and the s'mores. Speaking of...because it rained for a bit and the wood was too wet to start a fire, Randy brought over an indoor s'mores kit. What a lovely trip. Cannot say enough nice things about it...while the gals entertained themselves (they were so busy they didn't even make it to hike or the small chapel), I enjoyed the porch and got some much needed no-Wifi work done..the kind that actually requires no digital distractions. Also had the company of two farm dogs. Loved it. Five stars!!

My daughter and I were traveling and popped in at the last minute. Super comfortable, shower was incredible, everything needed. Sweet breakfast the next morning that was perfect!! Thank you for giving two weary travelers a GREAT stop. Since our stay was so short did not get to use any other amenities. House is very cute and if we had time the pool would have been awesome. Thank you for our stay.
