W Hotel with Hot Tub & $30k Showers & Relaxing Cabana

Embrace the alluring aesthetics of this completely revamped home. The property features contrasting textures and motifs, a monochromatic interior, chic furnishings and decor, and a Moroccan style outdoor cabana with entertainment system. This exquisite house just underwent a $110k full renovation in which we spared no expense. We ripped the house down to the studs and installed only the most high end bathroom and living room finish outs that dwarf even the nicest of luxury hotels. Imagine sitting on the marble bench in the master shower while getting drenched by the warm water gushing out of the six body jets that are aligned with the bench. Then stand under the drenching ceiling mounted rainfall shower head for a final refreshing cleanse. All the while, Philips LED app controlled mood lighting will make your worries melt away while listening to your favorite music from the in shower speaker. Both baths have LED back lit touch screen mirrors and LED Philips lighting under new contemporary vanities. We even thought of every last detail such as the in bathroom coffee maker so you don't even have to go to the kitchen to enjoy your first cup of the day. There is plenty of closet space and drawers for your clothes as well as a luggage rack for your suitcase if you're the type that doesn't like to unpack. The house has speakers in all common areas including outside. There are new 80" televisions in the master bedroom and living room that each have Apple TV and full ATT cable TV channel spectrums. The relaxing jet filled hot tub in the back yard allows you to rest up your tired muscles while listening to your favorite music using the hot tub water proof speakers. The newly built Morrocan styled cabana has built in sofas for relaxing outdoor between hot tub dips. The kitchen has a gas stove with vent that actually vents to the outside, pots and pans, small appliances, silverware, plates, and serving dishes for serving parties up to 6. The guest bedrooms each have king size Sterns and Foster beds for extremely comfortable sleeping. OUR MOST RECENT REVIEW: November 2017 "For never renting an Airbnb before, you really set the bar high for us. The space was exactly what my family and I needed for the week. It was one of the most relaxing stays we have had before. From the ambient lighting throughout the home and bathrooms, to the crazy master shower. We've stayed at top of the line hotels and your home exceeded all of those. As a home builder I like to see what other people are doing, you or your designer really did a great job. My wife and I always look for Modern hotels and places we feel are safe for our kids. Your home was a breath of fresh are. Our little girls are still talking about it after we got home, asking if the next place we stay will look like it again lol. My answer was doubtful. For the space and the money, we will definitely do this again" Guests have access to the whole house except the office, plunge pool in the back left corner of the backyard and master bedroom closet. A new HEB was just built a block away for your convenience. Unfortunately, we do not offer discounts due to the huge investment we've made in the house There is a small construction project in the backyard. This project will not affect the hot tub use or cabana area. PLEASE DO NOT DOCK OUR RATING OVER THIS ISSUE SINCE WE ARE PROVIDING FULL DISCLOSURE AHEAD OF TIME. The hot tub and outdoor shower is still free with the house's normal rate. The shower experience 1. An outdoor shower with six body jets and waterfall shower experience. This feature alone cost $18k to install. NO TECHNICAL ASSISTENCE PROVIDED FOR HOUSE IMPORTANT NOTE: There are absolutely no parties allowed in the house. If more than eight people are seen at the house that will be grounds for immediate evection by my uncle who is a sheriff who happens to luckily live next-door. The reason for the strict policy is because previously the house with used as a party for profit location that led to do extensive damage. Eviction will occur at any point during the rental if more than eight people are seen entering the house. Three bedrooms, two bathrooms, two closets and private outdoor hot tub. HOA community pool just two blocks away. We provide absolutely no technical assistence for the audio visual system but it's pretty intuitive and easy to figure out. Daily if requested. The property is located in a nice, quiet suburban neighborhood yet still boasts convenient access to the city attractions. The home is 12 minutes from Fiesta Texas and La Cantera, 20 minutes from downtown, and 25 minutes from Sea World. You really want to have your own car to be able to access this property or you can use Uber, which is cheap and easy to use. The house is in the upscale Stone Oak suburbs. We do not offer discounts on our nightly rate. Please do not request discounts.

The home is in a residential up-and-coming part of the city, close to everything you and your family will love. The house is a 20-30 minute walk, or a 5-minute uber/lyft ride from the convention center, the beautiful Pearl district and downtown San Antonio. You can rent from our very own B-Cycle station located under the Historic Hays Street Bridge at 730 N Cherry St, just 5 blocks from the house. The Dignowity Hill neighborhood is currently undergoing a revitalization process, with investments currently reenergizing this historic neighborhood many turn-of-the-century properties have been lovingly restored, while others are patiently waiting for their time. The housing complex our house is located within is a new investment property and as such, some construction is still on-going.

#1 Airbnb in Austin according to Architectural Digest! Bring the outdoors in! Sliding glass walls open to the serene yard of this redesigned '50s bungalow, just 3 miles from the center of downtown. Hide away and nestle in to your own fenced sanctuary and a bubbling chromatherapy bath…or share a relaxed, al fresco evening meal at the 12-foot outdoor dining table and share stories around the fire pit under Texas stars. (NO PETS. Infants & well-behaved CHILDREN OVER 8 ONLY.) Completely re-imagined by a designer/architect, this 1950's house was stripped to the studs to be recreated into a modern oasis of cool just ten minutes to the epicenter of downtown Austin. Appointed with every comfort, the home sports sliding glass walls to the backyard to allow the inside out and the outside in. An expansive living room gets even larger with the view to the backyard's minimalist "mound of grass" and the communal fire-pit beyond. A massive 12 foot long dining table adds casual chic to any grill-out dinner party you may want to throw under the Texas stars, or just a leisurely cool morning coffee. Just a step up from the living room and a theatre-style kitchen and serving bar allows even the most gourmet chef to have their crack at cooking anything from the local Whole Foods headquarters. No Animals and No Smoking- Host suffers from severe allergies and is frequently on the property This is a 3 story modern townhouse in the heart of Houston! There is a full newly renovated luxurious bathroom, new KING size bed, an extra inflatable mattress (queen size hiding in the closet, upon request), kitchen for making full meals or heating Houston restaurant leftovers! Our living room features a massive lounge-worthy sectional with a smart TV, soft blankets, and plenty of pillows. We also offer free use of the washer and dryer. While you will have full access everything listed here, part of the 1st floor (full blocked off with private separate entrance) is another Airbnb unit. You may run into other guests due to a shared outdoor gated entry but each unit has a separate private and secure entrance into the Airbnbs. The kitchen and dining area are right above the 1st floor Airbnb, so we appreciate not walking with your shoes (if loud) upstairs. Within 5 to 10 minutes are the Medical Center, NRG, and Downtown Houston! Less than 15 minutes away are the BBVA Compass Stadium, Minute Maid Park, Rice University, University of Houston, Texas Southern University, the Houston Zoo, Museum District and many many wonderfully diverse culinary options from food trucks to breweries to steakhouses! Approximately 15 seconds to highway 288 which gets you downtown in around 8 minutes. Stay here and you don't have to fight street traffic on top of freeway/highway traffic! Street parking in front of the house along the grass is plentiful! Most of the owners park here since our garages tend to be for storage :) No Pets Allowed (We are very allergic!). We also appreciate you leaving your shoes in the foyer since we have soft pine wood flooring upstairs. You will have access to the townhouse through our gated side yard. There is a small 2nd story patio that you will have all to your self as well. Great spot for winding down after a long day with some of Houston's finest craft beers. The side yard and patio are both wonderfully lit for both safety and atmosphere. Please do not walk to back of house on 1st floor as this is a separate Airbnb unit. Part of the first floor is also an Airbnb unit so please reach out to us using the Airbnb app's messaging system. We recently moved closer to downtown so we're still just minutes away and can help with issues you may be having. We do clean our own units so don't be surprised to run into us as we're cleaning the other Airbnb :) This unique metal-clad townhouse complex sits right in the heart of an urban neighborhood in inner-loop Houston. Less than a 5-minute drive from downtown, diverse culinary options are on the doorstep, from food trucks to breweries and steakhouses. Minutes from the new HEB and other amenities. Hobby Airport is 15-30 Minutes away depending on traffic. George Bush Airport is 30-40 minutes away depending on traffic. Local bus station is a 6 minute walk away. You can bike to the closest rail line station. This is Texas though so driving (including Uber) is usually the easiest way to get around. We will send more detailed access instructions (tips, really) the day of or the day prior to your arrival, so please keep an eye out for that. Access to the unit is completely host-free, so you can check in at any time after 3pm and come and go as you please, no matter the time! Relax in the garden, enjoy a night of s'mores around the fire-pit or just unwind on the couch while watching a movie. The guesthouse overlooks a spacious yard that is shared with the owners and their dogs. This guesthouse is bright and airy with vaulted 12 foot ceilings in the living room and kitchen. The kitchen features new stainless steel appliances, beautiful quartz counter-tops and all the basic necessities (including a blender, toaster, coffee maker, etc.). We always provide complimentary coffee to help get our guests day started off properly. The living room features comfortable and modern furniture, including a sofa bed and a 40" television with Xfinity X1 cable provided (with voice command). The bedroom has a queen-sized bed with crisp, lush bedding. You will also find a desk that's perfect for doing a little work (if you have to) on your laptop. The alarm clock has a Bluetooth setting if you want to listen to your own music while reading in bed. In the closet you'll find a full size washer and dryer, wooden hangers for your clothes and an iron and ironing board to keep your outfits looking neatly pressed. The bathroom features natural light which highlights the beautiful accent tile in the shower surround. There is a full-sized bathtub in case you want to take a soak. The entire guesthouse has its own WiFi along with hardwired internet connections. We take our commitment to our guests seriously and want to ensure you have everything you need to make your stay wonderful. Guests will have full access to the apartment. Guests can also enjoy accessing the backyard, featuring a seating area with a fire-pit and access to a propane powered BBQ grill. Check-in couldn't be easier. The apartment has a key pad for entry and guests will be provided with an access code prior to arrival. Some tips for using various appliances and features are located on laminated cards around the apartment (so you can sync your device to Bluetooth audio, log into WiFi, etc.) A simple house manual will be located on the kitchen counter along with some highlights about the area the guesthouse is located in. The guesthouse is located at the rear of a property in Houston Heights. Walk only a few blocks to reach the hike and bike trail. Shop on the famous 19th street nearby, and visit a wealth of local antique shops, art galleries, and restaurants. Our property is located right on a major bus line that makes for a 15 minute trip into downtown Houston where you can access theaters, restaurants and the city's light-rail line that can take you straight to Midtown (where you will find a variety of bars and restaurants) and the Museum District. Street parking is available for those with their own car and the city features ride-sharing services like Lyft and Uber. No smoking in the unit, no pets under any circumstances, no drugs or illegal activities.

Please make yourself at home on the front and side porches but we ask that you give some privacy to the back yard immediately surrounding the back house. Thank you! I travel often but regularly stay in the back house on the property. I love getting to know guests and if our paths cross I look forward to talking with you. Central East Austin is a diverse and dynamic neighborhood that is just a few minutes from downtown and yet still quiet. In addition to offering of some of Austin's best restaurants and music venues, it also has important history to explore. In the last century, highway 35 was a tool of segregation, with east (of 35) Austin providing a rich community for African Americans. See how this history lives on through a plethora of old and new businesses is this burgeoning neighborhood! There is a parking spot that you are welcome to use directly in front of the house and there is also plenty of street parking with no permitting or street cleaning concerns. The closest B-Cycle station is a 15 minute walk away at Victory Grill on 11th St. Many of the 6th St restaurants and bars are a 10 minute walk as well. If you would prefer not to walk, there are a selection of ride share services such as RideAustin (our favorite), Lyft, or Uber. The street has two names, Hamilton Ave and Richard Overton Ave. Depending on your map source you may see either one pop up. Richard Overton is the oldest living American and American World War II veteran at 112 years of age. He lives down the block where be bought a house after the war ended.

Take a stroll to Velvet Taco for Mexican fare, then head to Candleroom to dance the night away. Uber & Lyft are the most convenient way to get around town without your own transportation. There are LIME BIKES parked all over the city that you can rent via app for $1/hour. There are also 3 DART stops within 5 minutes walk- all off Henderson- that will take you into downtown or can link you to a rail station nearby to get to your destination. There is a keypad entry on the front door so no need to keep track of a set of keys. The home has an alarm system for additional piece of mind and if you're comfortable using it, we can supply a personal code to use during your stay. Also, Monday is our trash and recycle day. Someone will come by (outside only) to take to curb early that morning.

Nestled on 16 acres w/ oak trees and a 25 acre spring-fed lake, the Barn is decorated just like it was on the show (we did add a 2-story 800 sq ft deck).
