Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Teresópolis

It was all very good, Flavio was excellent in communication and especially in the flexibility with the check in, since we were with an elderly couple, the condominium is great, as well as the apartment, all organized and excellent taste with the apartment. I recommend it to everyone, you won't regret it, there's plenty to do nearby, as well as excellent restaurants. We'll be back!

The experience was amazing, the first time I stayed on such a perfect Airbnb. All very well taken care of, the apartment is beautiful, just like the photos, comfortable and smelling bed and bath linens, when we arrived the table was posting. The apartment was very clean. We had an unforeseen rainfall, I contacted Karina and she quickly responded. Our proposal was to be isolated from the world to rest and so we got a super quiet condominium, if you want to go down to the neighborhood below the condominium, because up there it is very quiet. It was wonderful, I highly recommend!

Our stay at Márcia's place was very good! The house is great, well-equipped, clean, organized and comfortable, as well as described in the listing. Márcia is attentive and responds quickly! The self check in and check out are very practical. In addition, the house is super well located, in a beautiful, safe neighborhood, with plenty of restaurants and leisure options. We love it!

From the first conversation, all the way out was perfect. Alceu was flexible in relation to check out, it was super attentive, he explained everything right, we had no problem. The house is very good, too beautiful!!! The living room is beautiful, the kitchen is too complete, the rooms are very large, with super comfortable bedding, all very clean. The huge bathrooms, all working perfectly. All well complete, with top gear! The swimming pool integrated with the barbecue area, with a wonderful view. Everyone fell in love with the house. It accommodates everyone well, with comfort for everyone in any room. Super quiet arrivals, without error. Pedimos ifood and arrived without a problem. Saimos for dinner, has options very close to the house (restaurants that were suggested by Alceo, and by the way are excellent). Everything perfect!!!

Kathy is a great hostess, her house is charming and very well located, very close to the famous fair, with a warehouse, bakery and restaurants very close by, being able to do everything on foot... It is also very close (by car) to sights such as Granja Comary and the Serra dos Órgãos National Park. The full Harry Potter decoration is one more detail, which made everyone amazed and the desire to return to another opportunity.

The house is very large and accommodated all the guests well. The view of the house is very beautiful and the condominium is very quiet. It was possible to cook and arrange the purchases we did with ease. Both check-in and check-out took place quite quickly. Lucas and Alexandre who were available for questions and help responded very quickly. I recommend!!

Our impression was that the house has a quality that surpasses the photos, unlike what usually happens in other locations. The house is beautiful and very comfortable, environment with lots of green, and full of amenities, very well equipped. Rosane is an excellent hostess, very polite and attentive. There was a problem apparently in the water pressurizer before reaching the gas heater, but we understand that these are unexpected things that can happen, and Rosane will already act to solve. We hope to return one day to spend more pleasant moments in Teresópolis.

Gustavo's place is just wonderful! Beautiful, practical and super functional — exactly as in the pictures. We experienced five very intense days there, and the space gave us the comfort and the perfect structure to enjoy every moment. Everything is well cared for and thought out with affection. If you really want to experience the experience and the place, it's worth every cent. I highly recommend it!

The first impression I got of the place was tranquility and beauty at the same time, something I was looking for to relax, and when it came to the apartment I had a welcoming feeling, because it is a very well decorated space, impeccable organization, in addition to a surreal cleaning... everything was in great condition. Finally, about the location is very privileged, easy access to all the city's tourist points, outside Quitandinha itself that offers several activities to do while staying in it, super recommended with eyes closed. Ah! I loved the buttery biscuiters and the banana lycor, welcoming.
