Holiday rentals with a hot tub in Teresópolis

We were in December/24 at the house with a group of 14 people, 2 children aged 2/3 and 3 dogs. Very comfortable house. The living room floor is very spacious, allowing you to interact with people who are in different common areas. We hired Dona Rosana to help us in the kitchen and it was the BEST decision, she is friendly, helpful and cooks very well. We found it to be very good value for money. Point that left something to be desired: - Not all rooms had fans, even though it was a cold place, in the heat it is worth having in the room. - Some beds with harder mattresses (orthopedic type).

The house is wonderful exceeded my expectations, it can be even better than in the photos, and super complete, one of the best-equipped ones I've ever stayed in. The kitchen has everything to set up a beautiful table of snacks, for dinner, with dishes for all tastes. The house is airy, illuminated with nature views. We went on a cold weekend (14°C) and the bedding was clean and warm. The fireplace is charming, but we can't use it for lack of wood with a supplier, it's worth it if you program. A great differential was the structure for children, it had several toys. The condominium is very quiet, ideal for those looking for quiet. A few meters from the house passes a stream, where we did a delicious walk. For those who love nature and birds, it is a paradise. As a suggestion, it would be great if the hydromassage were included in the value. Apart from this only compliments, the host was very attentive throughout the stay. We would definitely return!

Our weekend at the Tayinea estate was wonderful! We have absolutely nothing to complain about. Tayinea always responded very quickly with great kindness and affection. The house is a spectacle, the interior very clean, organized, smelling bedding. Detail for the double bedroom closet, which allowed us to leave the clothes of the suitcases well tidy and without kneading. By the way, the view from the double room at dawn is amazing. As for the outdoor area, all very well cared for, clean and organized. There were so many attractions in the backyard that we barely left the house for a walk. The Fire place gave us amazing photos at night. Our pet also took advantage of the property as the backyard is all walled up and totally safe for our four-legged friends. We love everything! We will definitely be back! Thank you so very much for you, you are a love!

Great spot! My family and I felt really good, we felt like we were at home. The house is large, organized and very cozy. Márcia gave the tips of some locals, always answered the messages and also very friendly. It was a pleasure to spend those days!

All great! Space integrated with nature, super organized, clean and smelling! Well-equipped Kitchen. We even have a delicious fondue over there ! Room integrated with the kitchen, very cozy. Very comfortable beds and bathrooms with warm water. The garden is all good, exactly as described. The space of Thaís Cristine is perfect for recharging energy!!! Thank you for everything.

I loved the experience. The place is identical to the listing. Spotless home, very clean. The kitchen contains many utensils that help when cooking. The hostess is very willing and gave us tips on what to do in terê.

Our stay was perfect! The house is wonderful and super well-kept. Everything was impeccable! and we were lucky to find a wonderful person who is Aparecida and Silvio (her husband). Aparecida is an excellent cook and knows how to set a beautiful and neat table. Every day from breakfast until the end of the day she left the house beautiful for us. We love spending the weekend at Paulo's house to celebrate my husband's birthday with a group of friends! The house is very beautiful, in addition to being wide, functional and super well cared for. The infrastructure is excellent, with several leisure options for adults and children (pool, sauna, volleyball court, ping pong, pool, totem), as well as a wonderful barbecue and pizza oven. Vale also mention the beauty of the outdoor area, with many trees and a beautiful garden. We'll be back for sure!

I was with my family in this beautiful and so welcoming home. As soon as we arrived, we were greeted by Gilberto and Dalva, a very kind lady who cared for the house with all the affection on the days we were there. Every day we woke up with a great breakfast and a full table. We'll definitely be back.

We had a wonderful stay at Fábio's house! The location is amazing, with a breathtaking view, and the house is super charming, beautifully decorated and comfortable. Elisângela, who served us during the lodging, was a sweet person, always attentive and ready to help us with everything we needed. The swimming pool is wonderful, ideal for relaxing, and the barbecue has provided incredible family moments. The atmosphere is perfect for those looking for a warm and quiet place. It is only worth mentioning that the ground roads, although not ideal, are fully compensated by the beauty and peace of the place. Besides, some rooms are a little small, but nothing that has disrupted our experience. Overall, it was a wonderful stay and we highly recommend!

My boyfriend and I love the place! The house is beautiful, the whole place is charming. The highlight goes to the wallace, which is amazing. The only detail is that the mattress is kind of bad. The rest is wonderful, I highly recommend using the sauna.

The cabin was amazing and very well maintained. When we arrived, at the door of the cabin you could already smell a nice scent that they put to perfume the environment. These details make a big difference. The meals they offered were prepared with great affection and were of a quality above our expectations. And I can't fail to mention that Débora treated us very well, even after they had a problem with their official WhatsApp number, she handled my distrust well when she made contact through another number. On the morning of the day after our arrival, it rained and there was a power outage. They were helpful when we asked if there was anything they could do to help with the problem, and although we still spent some time without power, with the cold shower, the way they treated us reassured us. Despite the problem, we found our stay amazing and we will definitely be back to see the other cabins.

Great accommodation, the place is amazing, charming and reserved. Great for resting and accessible to enjoy the city during the day. The host is helpful. At night I recommend turning off the balcony lights to enjoy the starry sky that is gorgeous! We loved the stay!

Our stay at Grazia's house exceeded all our expectations. The place is a peaceful retreat, surrounded by very green and beautiful scenery. We had moments of family get-together including a night of baked pizzas in the wood-fired oven with instructions provided with great affection from Grazia. The house was impeccably clean, comfortable and cozy rooms. The kitchen is equipped with all kinds of utensils and appliances that guarantee the preparation of any type of meal. Vilma was available all the time, always posted to solve any type of request, including finding at the last minute a pizzeria that provided us with fresh dough pizzas to bake in the wood-fired oven of the gourmet area. Grazia is so friendly and always willing to help. Without any doubt, we will stay more often in the “casinha da serra”, where we build incredible memories.
