In the surrounding countryside doesn't have a lot of market options, so we suggest you shop first. We will definitely return!

Very beautiful house, tidy, clean and with utensils for the number of people it is intended to accommodate. The view is unbelievably beautiful. The bedrooms and bathrooms are great. Very comfortable and everything working. To make it better, it could be pet friendly, it would certainly provide more joy to the trip and the length of stay would be longer.

I took the class with Cris and it was wonderful really is a magical place. I chose to spend the Carnival in a place with nature and peace and made a good muiiito choice. Just go! Special place. Note: For those who have a low car can go without fear, this was my fear but the road is great, all signaled and paved. The property was impeccably clean and tidy. It is extremely comfortable and accommodates 8 people well. It has a gourmet area with a barbecue and pizza oven. The bed linen and towels were in great condition, clean and fragrant. Check-in and check-out are done easily, through a digital lock. The condominium is wonderful, well maintained, with an incredible leisure area, 2 swimming pools (one heated), fitness center, beauty salon, sauna and even a small restaurant with self service, snacks and great live music on the weekends. A few minutes on foot or by car you will find a bakery, markets and some restaurants. Alba was always attentive and quick to communicate. Without a doubt, our family trip was wonderful.

I had a wonderful stay! The place was peaceful, surrounded by beautiful nature, and offered the perfect escape from the hustle of daily life. Everything was clean, comfortable, and just as described. Highly recommend for anyone looking to relax and recharge.

We spend special moments in this Carnival, with our family and my son's teenage friends. We enjoy the nature, the starry sky, we enjoy the sauna and moments of stories at the stake. Márcio was an always responsive amphitcher. Mr. Flávio was also very helpful, giving tips about the place and helping us whenever it was necessary.

When we arrived at the farm, it looked like a postcard, much better than in the photos. The house is a rustic style like grandma's house in the countryside but without compromising comfort and well-being. The space is literally a little piece of paradise, as it offers: a mineral water pool, waterfall, streams, gardens and trails; in addition to a natural water reservoir with fish. In addition, we were awakened by the songs of several birds of different species. The hosts were impeccable, especially the caretaker Mr. Dados, a very nice person. Both Bruno and especially his sister Flavinha were super nice and very loving, introducing us to the farm and showing us the animals, giving tips for hiking trails and were super flexible at check-in and check-out. Flavinha, Bruno, Mr. Maurício and his Dadá, Thank you for providing these moments of pure pleasure for my family. We'll be back for sure as soon as possible.

We loved the place, everything was perfect. It's a place for those who really love nature. The access to get to the place is quiet, yes, we pass through a humble community but the people are very quiet. I'll come back again 🙌🏻

Alexandre's farm is a rural charming gem enveloped in beautiful nature. End of April there were various ripe avocado trees, tangerine & chayote plantations, eggplant & pepper fields, drinkable water spring, chickens & eggs. I fished in the lakes & caught a few tilapias. Hiking & cycling on the farm is wonderful. Ask host for the map & explore everything: viewpoint with gorgeous mountain & sunset view (+4g); small waterfall in the forest and 5 lakes. Sometimes it gets foggy before sunrise & everything turns mystical. Rent great MT bicycle directly from the host! I explored the area on bike - hilly & beautiful. The house is cozy: huge kitchen with everything; firm & comfy mattress; hot shower; fast internet. Closest store~3 km away; supermarkets in Saõ Jose & Teresopolis. Alexandre is one of the kindest hosts. He was there to help with anything. He is the first host ever that went shopping groceries with me to recommend best things, and I’ve lived in 150+ Airbnbs.
