The house and outside area are very pleasant, as well as the hosts being very nice and thoughtful people. Everything was delicious.

It was a great experience, an easily accessible place, great accommodation, clean and cozy place, with a full kitchen. And we could not forget the reception. A great hostess who left us at ease, very kind and polite.

Excellent host and the apartment is very nice, well decorated and comfortable. The place is wonderful, beautiful and with everything close by! We'll be back for sure!

Cozy and very well located apartment, close to the bus station, supermarkets, pharmacies, etc. Terezinha was super attentive.

The space is comfortable, we were well attended to and we had no problems. It is worth the experience of staying at Palácio Quitandinha. Although it does not have a kitchen, it has several utensils and appliances that can help out. I think the only thing missing was internet to be complete, because the phone signal doesn't work very well, but this had already been communicated in the listing. It stands as a suggestion!

Excellent option for a family stay! Well-equipped apartment, it has everything to prepare quick meals and breakfast. The location at Hotel Quitandinha is a show in itself! It was really worth it. I recommend it 👍👍

I very much liked the accommodation of the apartment and the infrastructure of the condominium that is well maintained, large and equipped with several leisure areas for children and adults. The apartment is well equipped and spacious for a family of up to four people In addition, the location is close to the center facilitating access to commerce and restaurants on foot. I recommend and intend to return again times.

Hairdryer, steam iron, in short, all the utensils we need to make us feel at home. We went to a wedding in the Castle and it's very close. Great location. Super secure condominium. Polite and responsive hosts. I highly recommend it.

The stay was great, Marucia was extremely kind and proactive and the loft was exactly as we imagined. We were made to feel very welcome and felt safe with a concierge and the security of the place. We loved it, we had a little trouble with the wifi because of the rains, but nothing a 4G can't solve. Amazing stay, I recommend it to everyone.

The care and hospitality that Marúcia and her husband offer is hardly found in other accommodations. The atmosphere is extremely new, clean, compact and with great peace of mind. It is located right next to some of the city's main sights, leading you to take a spontaneous walk to get to know them. I recommend it to everyone who has questions, as the stay is very worth it.

Excellent loft. The host is very kind and attentive, a super nice guy. Very quiet and pleasant place. A good market nearby. We just miss good restaurants nearby. But it is very worthwhile for those who want days of rest and tranquility.

Excellent accommodation, everything was as advertised, everything was very clean and well structured. The location is excellent, we don't even need to use our own vehicle, the main tourist attractions of the city can be visited on foot. The only observations I make are: The corridor of the apartment and the interior of the loft, when we arrived, had a little smell of mould, I believe it is because the city is very humid and cold, but we opened the window and turned on the fan and the smell improved a lot. The bed mattress is soft, but it's comfortable.

Everything is impeccable. Fernanda and her husband welcomed us very well and the space is super comfortable! We'll be back.
