We spent a simply wonderful weekend in this impeccable house in Teresópolis, next to friends and family. The experience was perfect from start to finish! The house is extremely well cared for, comfortable, cozy and equipped with everything we needed. You can see the affection and attention to detail in each environment, including everything that existed for the children. We truly feel at home! Even without being present, the owners were extremely attentive and careful in ensuring that everything was perfect for us and it made all the difference! A special thank you to Rodrigo, who received us personally with such kindness, sympathy and availability — we felt welcomed from the first moment. We'd love to come back and experience new moments as special as this weekend. It was amazing.

I was impressed with the cleanliness of the house, everything was very organized, full kitchen, the condominium is a delight, with a swimming pool... we were very well attended to, it was a great stay.

The home experience was great!! From the beginning, the Host answered all our questions very politely and quickly. When we arrived we were well received and we were very comfortable. The space corresponds to the photos and we can enjoy the common area and the internal accommodations well.

From the first conversation, all the way out was perfect. Alceu was flexible in relation to check out, it was super attentive, he explained everything right, we had no problem. The house is very good, too beautiful!!! The living room is beautiful, the kitchen is too complete, the rooms are very large, with super comfortable bedding, all very clean. The huge bathrooms, all working perfectly. All well complete, with top gear! The swimming pool integrated with the barbecue area, with a wonderful view. Everyone fell in love with the house. It accommodates everyone well, with comfort for everyone in any room. Super quiet arrivals, without error. Pedimos ifood and arrived without a problem. Saimos for dinner, has options very close to the house (restaurants that were suggested by Alceo, and by the way are excellent). Everything perfect!!!

We had an exceptional stay. The apartment is very well decorated and functional, with all the necessary utensils available and a homey feel. It was all very clean and organized. The building is very safe and well located, it is on a quiet street. The host was very kind, responded quickly and gave great restaurant tips. All of this ensured a wonderful stay! the condominium is a paradise and Lu's chalet is very well located in front of the pool near the heated pool restaurant. There are many birds, lots of trees, beautiful flowers, amazing place. Her house is wonderful with a fireplace, good shower, clean bedding.

Everything was impeccable! Everything was clean and tidy, I just had to take my bags because I already had everything. Great location, I did everything on foot because I was able to go to several tourist spots and restaurants on foot. The view is amazing, I'll definitely be back.

Sandra's apt is wonderful. I have stayed at other times and as always I only have compliments to do. Sandra and her husband are excellent people and the apt is great and the wonderful location,I highly recommend it.

The apartment is exactly like in the ad! I think it's even more beautiful in person! Everything in the apartment is very clean, good towels, everything very tidy, nothing broken! The gas shower is very warm, which helps a lot in the cold region. It is close to a pharmacy, market, etc. It's a well-kept apartment! The only thing that could improve are the mattresses, which are extremely hard!

It's always good to be in Itaipava. Our stay was super quiet, bed and bath linens very well cared for, I as a person allergic to smells, felt good! All well cared for! View with lots of greenery, showers providing wonderful baths. Very good beds! Celso is a super host! We'll be back for sure.

Super cozy apartment exactly as described on the site. Super clean. Condominium with excellent infrastructure and great leisure options. 24-hour security. As for the location, perfect for exploring the Industry Union on foot . The Good restaurant options are just a stone's throw away. Ana is an excellent host. I recommend it !

Andrea's accommodation is beautiful, clean and organized! A beautiful decoration, you don't even want to leave! Everything is very comfortable and very clean! Very well equipped with a coffee maker, stove, sandwich maker, microwave and even an air fryer! She pays attention to the smallest details! I found a box with a needle and thread (which saved me) and a first aid box with a pressure gauge! In one of the rooms, she made sure to leave comics and games like Uno and dominoes, as well as a blanket specifically for children. I found a wealth of details.... In every accommodation there are information and instruction signs. The condominium is beautiful and has a wonderful structure. The doormen and staff in general are polite, receptive and helpful. Andrea gave us tips on how to enjoy the region, restaurants and tours within our family setup. It's a spectacle in everything! We'll certainly be back!
