Me and my husband chose this apartment to spend the Easter holiday and it was an excellent choice! The location is perfect, it is on the main street, close to everything, and we managed to do all the walking tours. The apartment was impeccably clean, very well organized and with all the items needed for a quiet and comfortable stay. I would like to make a special highlight for the hostess, Nathália, who was extremely solicitous throughout the stay. It was always available, was very kind, proactive and still had a super flexibility with the checkout time, which allowed us to enjoy the last day in the city better. Without a doubt, we will once again stay in the same place. We recommend with your eyes closed. You won't regret it!

Modern, renovated and clean apartment, with well-kept bed and bath linen. A comfortable double bed as well as a pleasant atmosphere. I just missed a thicker blanket/duvet, as the night is cold and damp in the city. In the kitchen, a sandwich maker would be more useful than the toaster. The sofa bed is very hard — it may please those who like orthopaedic mattress, but it was not comfortable for my mother. The condominium is traditional, but mistreated, with common areas and leisure without maintenance. By contrast, the location is excellent: you can walk to Feirinha do Alto, restaurants, pharmacies, supermarkets Armazém do Grão and Oliveirão (both serve breakfast and snacks). Espaço Cultural Higino, within the condominium, is also a differential – one can take advantage of the events of the city without leaving the place. Overall it was a good stay and good value for money.

Great place and the apartment is great. The neighborhood is very nice, has several options of restaurants, bakeries and several sights as well. It is 10 minutes by bus/5 minutes by car from Alto. And is SUPER close to the bus station. Unique but the noise at night gets in the way a little sleep, because it is a main street, many cars pass. However, by closing the window and turning on the fan drowns out the sound and is quiet. During my stay, the microwave did not heat up but otherwise it was perfect!

The place is very nice and in an excellent location in the upper neighbourhood. Together with all the shops, restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies and also the sights. I highly recommend staying in this cozy apartment.

We were in December/24 at the house with a group of 14 people, 2 children aged 2/3 and 3 dogs. Very comfortable house. The living room floor is very spacious, allowing you to interact with people who are in different common areas. We hired Dona Rosana to help us in the kitchen and it was the BEST decision, she is friendly, helpful and cooks very well. We found it to be very good value for money. Point that left something to be desired: - Not all rooms had fans, even though it was a cold place, in the heat it is worth having in the room. - Some beds with harder mattresses (orthopedic type).

We spent a very pleasant carnival in the house, enjoying the peace and quiet of the condominium. We find it even better than in the photos. we do not miss anything, very complete house, everything you can imagine, it makes a lot of difference to stay in a professional Airbnb, where the host thinks about everything, you do not have to worry if you forgot a sugar or salt or coffee filter (in our case, we forget about the thick salt haha), they have already thought about everything. because it is relatively distant (20min) from the nearest center, the ideal is to go shopping and take everything to enjoy the house. the house has an amazing view, at the top of the condominium, and a very nice balcony to have coffee, BBQ etc. we don't miss anything. note 10!

Everything absolutely perfect!!! Every year we travel with our mothers to celebrate their birthday... but this was no doubt the best place we stayed!! Your house is perfect in every way!! Congratulations

Simple and very cozy house. It is very well located within the condominium (next to the club, great for those with kids). The condominium is spectacular, just like the photos, with plenty of space for hiking, games and a very hot pool. We were lucky that by the time they were with children's recreation, with many activities for children. The condominium also has a canteen, with good dining options and with good price. The address is very easy to locate, and has a nearby market, bakery, pharmacy and restaurant (within walking distance). The house was clean and with impeccable gardening. The host Ricardo is very requested and responds quickly. We take great memories of the week we spent there and recommend it.

We were four adults, a two-year-old and two dogs and we were very comfortable throughout the house and common areas. The house is as advertised, with all rooms very clean and great location. The kitchen is well equipped with all the basic utensils, plus a microwave, Airfryer and sandwich maker. Great pool for adults and kids - my niece loved it because in one of the parts she could stand and play safely. Marluce was super helpful, careful and very kind! She is easy to communicate with and always willing to help.

House exactly like the pictures. Very spacious, rooms and bathrooms with good space. The kitchen has all the necessary utensils, I didn't miss anything. But the star is the outer area, wide, beautiful and pleasant, with emphasis on the 2 pools. Host, and everyone I was in contact with, were very attentive, helpful and helped me a lot. We spent four days in Sergio's apartment, the property is spacious, very comfortable, super well located ( it is possible to do several things without using the car), has all the items for a pleasant stay, the property was impeccable, the beds are very comfortable, shower with strong water and very warm ( in Nova Friburgo makes all the difference), the internet and the subscription tv work very well, the parking space of the garage is great. The concierge that served us at check-in is very polite and helpful, and the people of the building with whom we had contact were also very attentive and polite. The communication with Sérgio is very fast, he is always attentive in the answers, in short, we like the accommodation very much. I already recommended it to my friends and recommend it to everyone . We intend to come back more often.

The location is also excellent, very close to shops and with easy access to both Itaipava and Petrópolis — all within 15 minutes by car. Communication with host Bárbara was impeccable: always quick, attentive and helpful, taking away all my doubts very kindly. I had already read in the comments about the bathroom being small, so I was prepared, but I still found it smaller than I expected. It didn't bother me at all, but it might be something to consider depending on the guest's profile. Overall, it was all amazing and would definitely be back !
