It is fully self-contained with a brand new shower room, a living/bedroom with a daybed that pulls out into a king size bed and a brand-new kitchen that has Beautiful views up the river Teign and to Dartmoor beyond. We have put a breakfast bar with seating for two in front of this window as it is the perfect spot for gazing out of with a coffee or a glass of wine in your hand.

From April to August, wander 50m down the road to a five-acre wildflower meadow with a Dartmoor stream and a collection of wild orchids & swathes of native wildflowers.

All bedding and towels are good quality cotton. The bed is a sofa bed made extra comfortable with a soft mattress topper and fresh cotton linen. Small kitchen and facilities available. Space is for solo travellers or couples but please be aware that bed access is from one side only.
